Affiliate Terms and Conditions
These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are made between Noor Fares / N.oor Jewellery Ltd (the "Company") and the "Publisher." This Agreement governs the participation of the Publisher in the Company’s affiliate program to promote products and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
Affiliate Links and Promotion
Upon acceptance into the Program, unique affiliate links will be made available to you through the Awin interface. These links will track sales driven by the Publisher's content.
You agree to use linking codes obtained directly from Awin without any manipulation.
All promotional content must comply with applicable laws and include clear disclosure of the affiliate relationship.
Commission Structure
- The Publisher will earn up to 10% commission on the net sales value (excluding taxes, shipping, and discounts) of qualifying purchases made through affiliate links.
- Commission rates may vary for specific products, campaigns, or promotions, as agreed in writing.
- Bonuses or performance incentives may apply for exceeding sales thresholds during promotional periods.
Reporting and Performance Metrics
- The Publisher will have access to a real-time dashboard to track clicks, conversions, and sales attributed to their affiliate links.
Content Usage and Approvals
The Company will provide all promotional content for use in line with the Publisher’s editorial and advertising standards.
The Publisher agrees that their website will not copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of the Company’s website. Additionally:
- Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited.
- Redirects must not mask the referring URL information (i.e., the page where the click originates).
- Framing of the Company’s website is not permitted.
The Publisher grants the Company the right to repurpose or share content created under this Agreement for marketing purposes, with proper credit.
Term and Termination
- This Agreement remains valid unless terminated by either party with 7 days' written notice.
- The Company may terminate the Agreement immediately in cases of breach, fraud, or misuse of affiliate links.
Compliance and Legal Requirements
- The Publisher must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to GDPR, CCPA, and FTC disclosure requirements.
- Misleading or deceptive marketing practices, such as cookie stuffing, are strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
- All data, reports, and communications exchanged under this Agreement are confidential and must not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
Amendments
- The Company reserves the right to amend these terms with 7 days’ notice to the Publisher. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
