- The Contract can be changed or cancelled with 1 day(s) notification to the Partner.- Reversal of performance advertising actions are decided by the Advertiser governed by a max reversal percentage of 100%- Pixel Advertiser does NOT allow Partner to fire their tracking pixel when the consumer action is completed.- Trademarked Terms: madebymary, madebymary.com, www.madebymary.com-PPC POLICY: Affiliates who participate in our program and engage in PPC advertising/tactics must adhere to the following guidelines: 1) You may not use our trademarked terms in your ads as part of the ad copy, the ad title, the display name, or the display URL . 2) You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms or misspellings of our trademarked terms for search or display/content based campaigns. 3) You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms in sequence with any other keyword(s) (i.e. Made By Mary Jewelry, Made By Mary Coupons). 4) You agree that bids for non-compete brand terms may not exceed those of Made By Mary's. We recommend that you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords in your online campaigns.Coupon TermsCOUPON POLICY: Affiliates who participate in our program and whose sites promote coupon codes must adhere to the following guidelines: 1) You may only list coupon codes that are provided to you through Impact. The only exceptions are vanity coupon codes emailed directly to you by a Made By Mary affiliate representative. 2) You may not advertise coupon codes obtained from other sources, including but not limited to customer e-mails, Made By Mary’s website, or Made By Mary’s paid search campaigns. 3) You may not post inactive coupon codes and mislead customers into clicking them, thereby activating an affiliate cookie. NOTE: We reserve the right to withhold and reverse commissions, should you violate any of the above guidelines. We may also remove you entirely from the Made By Mary affiliate program.
