1. Introduction
By joining the Kollo Health Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a mutually beneficial partnership between Kollo Health and its affiliate publishers.
2. Eligibility & Approval
We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
Publishers must own and operate a relevant website, blog, or social media platform in the health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle niche.
Websites containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content will not be approved.
Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and AWIN policies.
3. Commission Structure & Payments
Affiliates earn commission on valid sales made through their referral links.
Commission rates may vary and are subject to change.
Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeited commissions.
Commissions are tracked and paid through AWIN according to their payout schedule.
4. Cookie Duration & Attribution
The cookie tracking period for sales attribution will follow AWIN’s standard settings.
AWIN’s last-click attribution model applies in cases where customers click multiple affiliate links.
5. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by Kollo Health.
False claims, misleading advertising, or spammy tactics are strictly prohibited.
No brand bidding: Affiliates may not bid on Kollo Health’s brand name, variations, or misspellings in PPC campaigns.
Coupon & cashback sites are allowed but must not promote unauthorized discount codes.
Email marketing must comply with GDPR and CAN-SPAM regulations.
6. Restricted Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use deceptive or fraudulent marketing practices.
Promote Kollo Health on adult, gambling, or illegal content websites.
Impersonate Kollo Health or misrepresent themselves as official representatives.
Offer cash incentives, rewards, or unauthorized discounts.
7. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Kollo Health’s logos, banners, and promotional materials solely to promote Kollo Health products.
Unauthorized modification or misuse of Kollo Health’s brand assets may result in termination.
8. CSS Partner Policy (Comparison Shopping Services)
This policy applies specifically to CSS partners promoting Kollo Health through comparison shopping placements.
Brand Bidding Restrictions:
• CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on Kollo Health brand terms, including variations, misspellings, and trademarked terms across all search engines and paid channels.
• This ensures protection of the brand’s paid media strategy and fair competition across platforms.
Permitted Targeting:
• CSS partners may only target generic, non-branded keywords relevant to Kollo Health's product category.
• Examples: “marine collagen supplements,” “beauty collagen drink,” etc.
• Use of confusing or similar brand names is not allowed.
Violations:
• Breach of these policies will result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
9. Termination & Violations
Kollo Health reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion for violating these terms.
Affiliates engaging in fraudulent activity, brand bidding, or misuse of materials will forfeit commissions and may be banned permanently.
10. Modification of Terms
Kollo Health may update these terms at any time.
Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the revised terms.
