1. Program ParticipationBy joining the PRUNGO Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. PRUNGO reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate this agreement at any time. Affiliates must adhere to ShareASale’s Terms of Use in addition to this agreement.---2. Commission & Payout- Affiliates will earn a commission of 10% - 15%, depending on factors such as sales volume, promotional quality, and special campaigns.- The exact commission rate will be determined based on performance, traffic quality, and compliance with PRUNGO’s brand guidelines.- Commissions will be tracked and paid through ShareASale according to their standard payment schedule.- Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited.---3. Promotional GuidelinesAffiliates are permitted to promote PRUNGO products through approved marketing channels, including but not limited to:- Personal websites and blogs- Social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)- Email marketing (with prior approval)Prohibited Promotional MethodsAffiliates are NOT allowed to:- Paid Search Bidding: No bidding on brand-related keywords such as "PRUNGO," "PRUNGO Red Light Therapy," or any misspellings or variations.- Coupon or Discount Code Sites: Affiliates may not promote unauthorized discounts or use expired coupons.- Spam or Unsolicited Emails: No mass emailing without prior consent.- False or Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must present accurate product descriptions and claims.- Cookie Stuffing, Ad Hijacking, or Fraudulent Clicks: Any attempts to manipulate tracking will result in immediate removal from the program.---4. Regulatory Compliance Requirements4.1 No False or Unverified Medical ClaimsAffiliates must not make any false, misleading, or unverified medical claims about PRUNGO products.- PRUNGO products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.- Affiliates must not claim that PRUNGO can “cure,” “heal,” or “eliminate” pain or medical conditions such as arthritis, cancer, diabetes, or any chronic illness.- Only use approved, fact-based descriptions such as "supports pain management," "promotes muscle recovery," or "enhances overall wellness."- Affiliates must not claim that PRUNGO products are "FDA Approved." If referencing FDA compliance, ensure the claim is accurate and lawful.4.2 No Misleading Marketing Tactics- Do not exaggerate the effectiveness of PRUNGO products, e.g., “Instant pain relief in 5 minutes” or “100% permanent results.”- Any promotional content must include a disclaimer such as:"Results may vary. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."4.3 FTC Endorsement & Disclosure ComplianceAffiliates must comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guidelines and disclose their affiliate relationship clearly.- If promoting PRUNGO via social media, blogs, or videos, affiliates must include a disclosure statement such as: - #PRUNGOPartner - "This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link."4.4 No Violation of Advertising Policies- Google Ads & Facebook Ads Restrictions: - Do not use “medical treatment,” “pain cure,” or other restricted health-related terms in paid ads. - Do not create direct medical comparisons (e.g., “Better than traditional therapy”).- Unauthorized Sales Platforms: PRUNGO products may not be resold on eBay, Craigslist, or unauthorized marketplaces.4.5 No Copyright or Trademark Violations- Affiliates may only use official PRUNGO banners, logos, and images provided through ShareASale.- Do not modify PRUNGO’s branding, misrepresent the company, or falsely claim “official authorization.”---5. Termination PolicyPRUNGO reserves the right to terminate an affiliate at any time for violating this agreement. Violations include, but are not limited to:- Engaging in prohibited promotional methods- Providing false or misleading information- Any form of fraudulent activity---6.
