Program Terms

Affiliate Terms & Conditions

This Affiliate Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between ORL Labs, LLC (“ORL”) and you, the Affiliate, utilizing the AWIN service ("Service"). By signing up, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Summary:

  1. You may place ORL banners on your site or in non-spam emails.
  2. Adult, hate, or related content is prohibited. 
  3. Do not link directly to ORL outside of AWIN.
  4. Use only product feed links for commissions; other sources may result in commission denial.
  5. All content with ORL links, banners, or codes must be in English.
  6. ORL approval is required for any emails about the program.
  7. Banners/links may be placed in newsletters, web content, or related materials.
  8. Not Allowed: Creative placement in "Desktop" advertising schemes or non-user-initiated merchant windows.
  9. Failure to follow these rules may result in suspension and forfeiture of commissions.
  10. Fraud (e.g., use of robots, iframes, scripts) will result in termination and voided commissions.

We may email you regarding changes to the Service or related products.

Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or the Service. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, allowing you to withdraw if you disagree.

Cookies
ORL uses a 30-day cookie policy.

Privacy
We respect user privacy and will not disclose personal information without consent. Contact: orl@orlcares.com.

Activities:

  1. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search Activity
    Affiliates are not permitted to run PPC campaigns directly to orlcares.com. Violations will result in termination and voided commissions. Prohibited:
    • Using "ORL" in display URLs or ad titles.
    • Bidding on "ORL" or advertising as ORL.
    • Displaying ads on competitors' brands.

  3. Brand Advertising
    Affiliates cannot advertise as ORL.
  4.  
  5. Discount/Voucher Code Sites
    • Do not display invented discount codes or codes intended for other channels.
    • No i-frame use to set cookies.
    • Discount code publishers are accepted if they do not promote codes.
  6.  
  7. Email Marketing
    All email marketing must be approved by ORL.
  8.  
  9. Creative
    Do not alter creative assets from AWIN. Contact us for permission if hard coding is required.

Affiliate Payment
Commissions are pre-approved after order confirmation and paid within a 30-day window post-purchase. Some products may require additional supplier approval.
