3) Smiffys is not responsible for discrepancies in the tracking of sales.

5) Any discounts available are valid in the UK only on smiffys.com
6) Only pre-approved marketing images may be used in the promotion of smiffys.com
7) The improper use of the Smiffys brand, name, logo or products by affiliate partners, will be removed immediately upon request from us. Smiffys has the right to terminate partnerships immediately if this term is breached.
