All partners in this affiliate program are required to read, understand, and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Marketing & Promotion
Brand Representation: Affiliates should represent the brand consistently, using only approved visuals, ad copy, and promotional offers.
Domain: Affiliates are not permitted to register domains which are similar or a misspelling of our brand name.
PPC, Shopping, and CSS
Google Shopping/CSS Approvals: Any affiliates wishing to run Google Shopping or CSS campaigns using brand terms must obtain prior approval. Unapproved campaigns may result in commission cancellations.
Advertising Policies
Paid Search: Direct linking, brand bidding and the use of trademarked brand terms is not permitted.
Display & Social Media Campaigns: Display and social media campaigns involving brand terms must be pre-approved in writing.
Codes & Promotions
Voucher Codes & Sales: Only voucher codes, sales, and offers provided though the Affiliate Programme to AWIN may be promoted.
Code Usage: Unauthorized codes, including any codes from email or brand's own activity, will result in commission cancellations. Expired discounts and vouchers must not be communicated in any means or form to consumers. They must be removed on the day of expiry.
Compliance
Regulated Marketing: Affiliates agree to comply with all industry regulations and ensure that their marketing is lawful and compliant.
Programme Amendments & Notice Period
Notice Periods: Terms may be amended with a 7-day notice period.
Breach of Terms
Commission Refusal: In cases of significant breaches, and upon consultation with the third-party involved, commissions may be withheld for transactions relevant to the breach.
Validation & Payment of Commission
Commission Eligibility: Commissions are payable only on genuine transactions, which will be validated to ensure authenticity.
