By joining the Freedom of Movement affiliate program on AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. Approval of the affiliate program is subject to review. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
1.2. Publishers must have a website, blog, social media account, or other online platforms that align with our brand values and audience.
2. Commission Structure
2.1. Affiliates earn a commission on valid sales generated through their unique tracking links.
2.2. Commission rates may vary and are subject to change at our discretion with prior notice.
2.3. A 30-day cookie window applies. Sales made within this period will be attributed to the referring affiliate.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates may only use approved marketing materials Freedom of Movement provides.
3.2. Misleading claims, false advertising, or spam tactics are strictly prohibited.
3.3. Affiliates may not bid on our brand name, “Freedom of Movement,” or any variations in paid search campaigns.
3.4. Coupon and cashback sites must obtain prior approval before promoting discount codes.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Commissions are processed and paid through AWIN, following their payment schedule and policies.
4.2. The commission will be voided if a customer cancels, returns, or refunds their order.
5. Prohibited Activities
5.1. Affiliates must not engage in any activities that may harm Freedom of Movement’s reputation, including:
- Promoting illegal or offensive content.
- Using misleading redirects, cookie stuffing, or fraudulent activities.
- Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of brand logos or trademarks.
6. Termination & Account Suspension
6.1. Freedom of Movement reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for violation of these terms.
6.2. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices will have commissions revoked and accounts suspended.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1. Freedom of Movement reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
