12. CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
Pre-approval requirement: All CSS partners must receive written approval from Equi London before engaging in any paid shopping activities. Unauthorized activities may result in commission forfeiture or program suspension.
No bidding on brand terms: CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on Equi London brand names, trademarks, or variations (including misspellings) unless explicitly authorized.
Negative keyword matching: CSS partners must implement negative keyword matching for all brand-related terms to prevent competition with Equi London’s own paid search campaigns.
No Performance Max campaigns: Use of Google’s Performance Max campaigns is not allowed unless prior approval is obtained from Equi London. Violating this term may lead to a 0% commission rate and removal from the program.
Data feeds: CSS partners must use the official data feeds provided by Equi London through AWIN. Scraping or unauthorized collection of data from the Equi London website is prohibited.
