PerfectTed Affiliate Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the PerfectTed Affiliate Program on AWIN. By signing up, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Eligibility & Approval
1.1. Participation is open to publishers who comply with AWIN's policies and guidelines.
1.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
1.3. Applicants must have a website, blog, or social media platform relevant to health, wellness, nutrition, or lifestyle.
2. Commission & Payment
2.1. Affiliates will earn a commission on valid sales through their unique affiliate links.
2.2. Commission rates and structures are specified within the AWIN platform and may be updated at our discretion.
2.3. Payments will be processed through AWIN, subject to their payout terms and conditions.
2.4. Any fraudulent or self-referral transactions will be voided without payment.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by PerfectTed.
3.2. No misleading claims, false advertising, or spam tactics are allowed.
3.3. Affiliates must not bid on branded keywords such as "PerfectTed" in PPC campaigns without prior approval.
3.4. Any discount codes or promotions must be explicitly authorized by PerfectTed.
4. Content & Brand Compliance
4.1. Affiliates must present PerfectTed professionally and ethically.
4.2. No content that is defamatory, offensive, or violating laws will be tolerated.
4.3. We reserve the right to request content modifications or the removal of promotional material that does not align with our brand.
5. Cookie Duration & Tracking
5.1. Our program operates with a [Insert Days] cookie duration.
5.2. Commissions will only be attributed to the last-click affiliate under AWIN’s tracking system.
5.3. We are not responsible for lost commissions due to cookie deletion or tracking issues outside our control.
6. CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
6.1. Brand Bidding Restriction: CSS partners must not bid on the PerfectTed brand name, close variants, or misspellings in any paid search activity.
6.2. Permitted Campaigns: Generic keyword campaigns that do not include brand terms are permitted, provided they direct traffic to content relevant to PerfectTed products.
6.3. Search Engine Compliance: All CSS activities must comply with the respective search engine’s policies and AWIN’s rules.
6.4. Promotion Integrity: No unauthorized discount codes, misleading offers, or misrepresentation of affiliation status is allowed under any CSS activity.
6.5. Violation Consequences: Breach of CSS terms will result in immediate suspension from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Termination & Policy Violations
7.1. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for violations of these terms.
7.2. Any attempt to manipulate the tracking system or commission structure will result in immediate removal from the program.
7.3. Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time via AWIN.
8. Liability & Indemnification
8.1. PerfectTed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.
8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold PerfectTed harmless from any claims arising from their promotional activities.
9. Modifications & Updates
9.1. PerfectTed reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
9.2. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation implies acceptance of the updated terms.
By signing up, you acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions as a publisher in the PerfectTed Affiliate Program.
