All paid traffic must be directed to the affiliate’s own landing page before redirecting to our site. 3. **No Misrepresentation** – Affiliates must not mislead customers by making false claims about our product, pricing, or features. All promotions must be honest and accurate. 4. **No Spam or Unsolicited Emails** – Affiliates must comply with all anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.) and may not send unsolicited bulk emails promoting Pacuzzi. 5. **No Coupon or Discount Site Listings** – Affiliates may not list unauthorized discount codes or promote cashback/rebate programs unless explicitly approved. 6. **No Adult, Hate, or Illegal Content** – Affiliates may not promote Pacuzzi on websites or content that contain adult material, hate speech, violence, or anything illegal. 7. **No Trademark Usage in Domains** – Affiliates may not use “Pacuzzi” or any variation in their domain names (e.g., pacuzzideals.com, buypacuzzi.net, etc.). 8. **No Competing Storefronts** – Affiliates may not create third-party online stores or listings that imitate our official website or Amazon store. 9. **No Fake Reviews or Incentivized Purchases** – Affiliates must not generate fake reviews, incentivize purchases for personal gain, or manipulate ratings. 10. **Compliance with FTC Guidelines** – Affiliates must disclose their relationship with Pacuzzi and follow all FTC guidelines on affiliate disclosures. This includes, but is not limited to, codes sent to Pacuzzi email subscribers, codes created for specific marketing campaigns, and codes not listed in the affiliate’s ShareASale dashboard as assigned to them.Posting, submitting, or otherwise sharing Pacuzzi discount codes on public coupon websites, forums, browser extensions, or social media channels without prior written approval is considered a violation of our affiliate terms and will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.Pacuzzi reserves the right to audit affiliate activity, reject any transaction that appears to be generated through unauthorized code usage, and take appropriate legal or financial action in the case of fraud or abuse.By participating in the Pacuzzi affiliate program, you agree to comply with these terms and understand that any violation may result in termination of your affiliate account.4. This includes but is not limited to usage on websites, social media platforms, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, and other promotional materials.You grant Wonderworx LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, and modify such content, with or without credit, at Wonderworx LLC ’s discretion.If you prefer to limit or restrict the use of specific content you create, you must notify Wonderworx LLC in writing prior to or immediately following content publication.
