1. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each sale generated through their referral link.
2. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed and managed by ShareASale in accordance with their payout schedule and policies.
3. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote Herb Health products using approved banners, text links, and creatives provided by Herb Health.
- Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines.
- Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about the product.
4. PPC and Advertising Restrictions
- Affiliates may run PPC ads, but all ad content must be submitted for approval before going live.
- Affiliates may not bid on trademarked or branded keywords, such as "Herb Health," "Heart Support liquid," or variations.
- Affiliates must comply with advertising guidelines and provide accurate product information in ads.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not engage in the following:
- Promoting Herb Health products on websites with offensive or illegal content.
- Sending unsolicited emails (spam) or using deceptive marketing practices.
- Offering unauthorized discounts, coupons, or promotions.
6. Termination of Agreement
- Herb Health reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts for violations of this agreement.
- Affiliates will be notified of termination, and pending commissions may be forfeited if violations are confirmed.
7. Modification of Terms
Herb Health reserves the right to modify this agreement with 30 days' notice. Affiliates will be notified via email of any changes.
