6. Marketing Materials
Affiliates will have access to high-quality product images, banners, and promotional content. Modification of these materials without prior approval is not allowed.
7. CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
7.1. Brand Protection: CSS partners may not bid on PhotoFramesAndArt’s brand name, variants, or misspellings on Google or other paid search engines.
7.2. Traffic Sources: Only non-brand, generic keyword campaigns are allowed under CSS and must direct users to relevant comparison listings or product detail pages.
7.3. Accuracy and Compliance: CSS listings must reflect accurate pricing, availability, and product details, and comply with all applicable advertising laws and platform rules.
7.4. Authorization: Any use of promotional codes, campaign-specific offers, or co-branded activity must be pre-approved by PhotoFramesAndArt.
7.5. Enforcement: Breach of these CSS guidelines may result in immediate suspension from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
8. Termination
