Noobru Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the Noobru Affiliate Program on AWIN, you (“Publisher,” “Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in our program.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
1.1. The Noobru affiliate program is open to publishers who own or operate websites, social media accounts, blogs, or other online platforms compliant with AWIN’s and Noobru’s guidelines.
1.2. Noobru reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commissions & Payments
2.1. Affiliates earn a commission on each sale generated through their unique tracking links.
2.2. The commission structure and rates will be specified within the AWIN platform and are subject to change at Noobru’s discretion with prior notice.
2.3. Payments will be processed through AWIN according to their standard payment schedule.
2.4. Commissions will not be paid on fraudulent transactions, canceled orders, or refunded purchases.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities
3.1. Affiliates must ensure their promotional methods comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and AWIN terms.
3.2. Affiliates must not misrepresent Noobru’s products, make false claims, or use misleading advertising tactics.
3.3. Affiliates are responsible for adequately integrating tracking links to ensure accurate attribution.
4. Prohibited Activities
4.1. Affiliates may NOT engage in the following activities:
Bidding on Noobru-branded keywords or misspellings in paid search campaigns.
Promoting Noobru through misleading or deceptive marketing.
Using spam, unsolicited email marketing, or intrusive advertising methods.
Create or distribute coupon codes that Noobru does not officially provide.
Promoting Noobru on websites that contain illegal, adult, hateful, or offensive content.
5. Marketing Materials & Intellectual Property
5.1. Noobru will provide approved marketing materials, including banners, logos, and product images.
5.2. Affiliates may not alter Noobru’s branding, images, or marketing assets without prior approval.
5.3. Unauthorized use of Noobru’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Tracking & Cookie Duration
6.1. Noobru uses AWIN’s tracking system to monitor sales and referrals.
6.2. The standard cookie duration is 30 days; affiliates will be credited for sales made within this period.
7. Program Termination & Modifications
7.1. Noobru reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms.
7.2. Affiliates may terminate their participation anytime by notifying Noobru through the AWIN platform.
7.3. Noobru may modify these terms and conditions anytime, with notice to affiliates.
8. Liability & Indemnification
8.1. Noobru is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in this program.
8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold Noobru harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their promotional activities.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].
10. CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) Terms
10.1. Pre-approval: Affiliates engaging in Comparison Shopping Services (CSS) campaigns must seek prior written approval from Noobru before using brand-related terms for paid search. Unauthorized use may result in commission forfeiture or program suspension.
10.2. No bidding on branded terms: Affiliates may not bid on Noobru-branded keywords or misspellings (including any variations of the Noobru name) unless explicitly authorized. This includes brand names in the body or title of ads.
10.3. Negative keyword targeting: Affiliates must ensure they use negative keyword targeting for all paid search campaigns that involve Noobru’s branded keywords to prevent competing with Noobru’s own advertising efforts.
10.4. Data feed compliance: Affiliates must use Noobru's approved data feeds when promoting products through CSS platforms. Scraping or unauthorized data collection from Noobru’s website is prohibited.
10.5. No Performance Max campaigns: Use of Google’s Performance Max campaigns targeting Noobru’s products is not allowed without prior written approval from Noobru. Violating this rule may result in immediate removal from the program.
