These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the 4 Living Affiliate Program on AWIN. By joining the program, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
1.1. To join, you must apply via AWIN and be accepted into the 4 Living Affiliate Program.
1.2. We accept affiliates who align with our brand, including home & lifestyle bloggers, interior designers, content creators, and premium furniture-related sites.
1.3. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion.
2. Commission Structure & Payouts
2.1. Standard commission rate: 5% per sale.
2.2. Higher tiers for high-performing affiliates:
- 7% Commission for High Performers – Achieved when you generate £5,000+ in monthly sales (approx. 5+ orders per month).
- 8% Commission for Top Performers – Earned when you drive £7,500+ in monthly sales (approx. 7–8 orders per month).
- Up to 10% for VIP Partners & Influencers – Exclusive rates available for high-traffic affiliates and premium content creators.
2.3. High-Performance Bonus: - Affiliates who generate £10,000+ in monthly sales will receive an extra 1% commission on all sales for that month.
2.4. Cookie Duration: 30 days – sales made within this period from a referral link will qualify for commissions.
2.5. Payouts are processed through AWIN’s monthly payment system.
2.6. If a purchase is returned, refunded, or canceled, commissions will be reversed accordingly.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates may promote 4 Living via their website, blog, social media, email marketing, and other approved channels.
3.2. Prohibited Practices:
- No PPC bidding on “4 Living” or related brand keywords.
- No misleading claims about discounts or sales.
- No cookie stuffing or fraudulent referrals.
- No spammy or intrusive marketing tactics.
3.3. Use of 4 Living trademarks, logos, and creatives must be in accordance with brand guidelines.
4. Discounts & Voucher Codes
4.1. Affiliates may only promote official voucher codes provided by 4 Living via AWIN.
4.2. Unauthorized discount codes will not qualify for commission.
5. Program Termination & Changes
5.1. 4 Living reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate’s participation at any time for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
5.2. We may modify commission rates, terms, or promotional policies at any time with prior notice via AWIN.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
6.1. 4 Living is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
6.2. Participation does not imply any formal business partnership or employment relationship.
