Rage Fitness Affiliate Program Terms
These terms are designed to provide clarity, protect our brand, and ensure a fair and motivating partnership between Rage Fitness and its affiliates.
1. Commission Structure & Payments
Base Commission by Publisher Type:
Our base commission rates are aligned with industry benchmarks and vary by publisher category. These rates serve as the starting point and can be optimized as part of our ongoing efforts to gain exposure and drive sales. The base commission rates are as follows:
- Coupon Publishers: 5%
- Cashback Publishers: 6%
- Subnetworks: 3%
- Browser Extensions: 3%
- Influencers: 10%
- Editorial Partners: 10%
Note: all tiers are eligible for performance-based bonuses of up to $3,000 monthly.
Tiered Bonus System (Based on Performance):
To further incentivize performance, we offer additional commission bonuses based on monthly order volume:
- Bonus 1: every 50 approved orders in one month receive an additional $200 bonus.
- Bonus 3: every 300 approved orders in one month unlock the highest bonus of $3,000.
Maintenance Rule:
All bonuses are recurring, meaning you can receive a flat fee of up to $3,000 monthly if performance holds at 300+ approved orders per month.
Cookie Duration:
A 30‑day cookie is used so that affiliates receive credit for purchases made within 30 days of a referral click.
Recurring Commissions:
Rage Fitness currently offers only one-time purchase products (e.g., barbells, kettlebells, and accessories). There are no subscription-based products in our lineup; therefore, commissions will be paid once per sale. Should our product offerings change in the future, we will update these terms accordingly.
2. Promotional Methods & Restrictions
Allowed Channels:
Affiliates are encouraged to promote Rage Fitness using organic, brand-aligned channels, including:
- Social Media (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube)
- Email Marketing
- Content Marketing (e.g., blogs, video tutorials, organic SEO)
Prohibited Channels:
To maintain our brand integrity and focus, affiliates are prohibited from promoting through:
- Display Advertising (e.g., third-party banner ads) unless prior approval is received
- Comparison Shopping Services (CSS)
- Media Buying (e.g., paid placements or PPC campaigns beyond our approved guidelines)
- Coupon and Deal Aggregator Sites unless prior approval is received
- Any paid search advertising that targets our trademarked terms outside of approved guidelines
3. Bidding Restrictions
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on any keywords that include our trademarked terms or any brand-related phrases (TM+/Brand+), unless explicit written approval is granted by Rage Fitness. This restriction applies to all paid search campaigns to protect our brand integrity and avoid conflicts with our internal advertising strategies.
Unauthorized bidding will result in the forfeit of all commissions from the unauthorized activity and program removal if the bidding continues. Rage Fitness will not be required to provide notice to partners who do not adhere to program terms before removal or forfeiting of commissions.
4. Discount Codes
Affiliates will be provided with unique discount codes exclusively through the official Rage Fitness affiliate program. Only codes that are issued and made available via the program are authorized for promotional use. Affiliates are prohibited from disseminating or using any discount codes not provided by Rage Fitness. Additionally, email or influencer-specific discount codes must receive prior written approval. Unauthorized distribution or usage of discount codes may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any associated commissions.
5. Ad and Promotional Compliance
Affiliates must adhere to all Rage Fitness promotional guidelines at all times. Upon receiving a written request to remove or modify any ad or promotional content that does not comply with our guidelines, affiliates must act within 7 days. Failure to comply within the specified timeframe may result in commission forfeiture for the affected promotions and possible removal from the affiliate program.
6. Sales Attribution & Commission Payment
Commissions will only be paid on sales verified as originating from affiliate efforts by the brand's internal systems . If a sale is attributed to another channel, the affiliate will not receive a commission for that sale. Affiliates may request a review if any discrepancies are identified as part of the transaction enquiry process in network.
7. Source of Performance Transparency
Affiliates are required to provide full visibility into the sources of their traffic. If Rage Fitness requests details regarding the origin of your traffic—including information about any third-party networks or partners—you must supply this information promptly within 7 days. This transparency ensures that all traffic is legitimate and compliant with our program standards. Failure to provide the requested details may result in a review of your account, adjustments to commission payments, or removal from the affiliate program.
