A DOMANI SLEEP LLC Partnership Program Agreement
Welcome to the A DOMANI SLEEP LLC Partnerships Program! This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our program through ShareASale. By signing up as a partner, you agree to comply with this Agreement, the ShareASale Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Program Overview A DOMANI SLEEP LLC is dedicated to providing premium sleep solutions designed to enhance comfort and well-being. Our partnership program offers opportunities for partners to promote our products and earn commissions on qualifying sales.
2. Partner Requirements
To participate in our program, partners must:
Operate a website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with our brand values.
Ensure that all promotional materials accurately represent Adomani Sleep and its products.
Maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising standards.
3. Prohibited Activities Partners are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Trademark Bidding: Partners may not bid on keywords or use A DOMANI SLEEP LLC’s trademarks in any paid search engine marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, and similar platforms.
Misrepresentation: Partners may not misrepresent A DOMANI, its products, or pricing in any way.
Cookie Stuffing: Partners are prohibited from using techniques that automatically place cookies without user consent.
Unauthorized Email Marketing: Partners must not send unsolicited email (spam) or use our brand in any unauthorized email campaigns.
Inappropriate Content: Websites or platforms promoting hate speech, violence, discrimination, or any illegal activities are not eligible for participation.
Discount Code Abuse: Partners may not use or distribute unauthorized coupon codes or promotional offers.
4. Partner Compensation Partners will earn commissions based on qualifying sales referred through their unique tracking links. Commission rates, payment terms, and any performance incentives will be detailed in your ShareASale account.
5. Termination A DOMANI SLEEP LLC reserves the right to terminate a partner’s participation in the program at any time for violating this Agreement, engaging in prohibited activities, or for any reason deemed detrimental to the brand. Upon termination, all rights to promote A DOMANI SLEEP LLC and earn commissions will cease immediately.
6. Modifications to the Agreement A DOMANI SLEEP LLC may modify this Agreement at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes via email or through the ShareASale platform. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
7. Limitation of Liability A DOMANI SLEEP LLC will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the partnership program.
8. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which A DOMANI SLEEP LLC operates.
By participating in the A DOMANI SLEEP LLC Partnership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement.
