Commission Structure & Payment
Base Commission: 8% per sale
Payment Schedule: Commissions are validated monthly and paid via Awin.
Returns & Cancellations: No commission is paid on refunded or canceled orders.
Allowed & Prohibited Promotional Methods
Approved Promotional Methods
- Content Websites & Blogs – Articles, style guides, and editorial content.
- Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) – Influencer marketing & organic promotion.
- Email Marketing – Allowed with pre-approval (no unsolicited/spam emails).
- SEO & Organic Search Traffic – Blog posts and affiliate-driven SEO content.
Prohibited Promotional Methods
- No Paid Search Bidding on Brand Terms – "Cecilia" and related keywords.
- No Direct PPC to Cecilia.com – Affiliates must drive traffic to their own content first.
- No Trademark Infringement – Do not register domains or social media handles using "Cecilia."
- No Coupon or Discount Code Misuse – Affiliates cannot promote unauthorized coupons.
- No Cookie Stuffing, Fraud, or Misleading Claims – Violations will result in removal.
Tracking & De-Duplication Policy
Tracking Window: 30-day cookie duration.
Additional Affiliate Perks & Benefits
Early Access to Collections – Top partners get exclusive previews.
Influencer Collaborations – Paid opportunities for high-performing partners.
Higher Commissions for Limited-Time Events – Black Friday, holiday collections, etc.

Compliance & Termination
- Affiliates must comply with Awin’s Code of Conduct and Cecilia’s brand guidelines.
- Failure to follow program rules may result in removal from the program without prior notice.
- Cecilia reserves the right to modify commissions and terms at any time.
