Brand Guidelines
You must follow our brand guidelines at all times. Please only use creative that has been supplied directly by GoFibre or retrieved from awin. Any banners being used must be served from the network and not hardcoded.
Description of a valid action
Commission will be paid on a completed order after service installation and activation for the customer has occurred and the 14 day cooling off period for cancellation has passed.
PPC
You must not bid on any pure brand terms, any keyword string that includes our brand, or variations/misspells of our brand, unless formally agreed. Please ensure that you negatively match the pure brand term, and string including our brand, and any variations/misspells of our brand to ensure compliance. Failure to comply may lead to Termination.
Use of email
You are only permitted to distribute emails on our behalf if you have received express permission to do so. All copy must be approved and email lists deduplicated. You may send details of our products within your own newsletters without approval or permission. Appropriate marketing consent must be obtained before sending emails to consumers.
Commissions
Default commission will be 10% of total contract purchase price for fibre services. Commission rates are exclusive of VAT.
Publisher approvals
To be accepted onto the program please ensure that you apply with a fully working domain so your site can be verified and assessed.
Validation
Due to the nature of provisioning if an order has not been installed within 60 days it is assumed it will never be installed. All orders not installed within 60 days will be rejected.
Deduplication
We perform deduplication on a last click wins basis across all PPC brand, paid social and email channels. Our affiliate programme is open to Publishers who manage online advertising and websites. For offline marketing proposals, please contact marketing@gofibre.co.uk
Termination
If you are deemed to have broken these terms and conditions you may be removed immediately from the programme and/or have any commissions withheld or declined.
