AKAR Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Commission Rate
Affiliates will earn a 20% commission on each sale referred to the AKAR website. Commissions are paid on the product subtotal, excluding taxes, shipping, and additional service charges.
Attribution Window
Affiliates will receive commission for sales made within a 30-day attribution window. This means that if a customer clicks your affiliate link, and completes their purchase within 30 days, you will earn a commission on that sale.
Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, with payments issued within 30 days after the end of each month.
Cookie Duration
The tracking cookie will last for 30 days. If a customer clicks on your affiliate link but does not purchase immediately, you will still receive a commission if the purchase is completed within the 30-day window.
Affiliate Program Guidelines
- Promotions and Advertising: Affiliates are welcome to use content, banners, and links provided by AKAR for promotion. However, affiliates are not allowed to bid on branded keywords, use AKAR’s trademarked terms, or engage in PPC advertising that competes with AKAR’s own campaigns.
- Prohibited Content: Affiliates may not promote AKAR through inappropriate or offensive content, including adult content, illegal activities, or any form of discrimination.
- Returns and Cancellations: Commissions will not be paid for sales that are canceled, returned, or refunded.
- Duplicate Sales: Sales from duplicate transactions or identical purchases made by the same customer will be excluded from commission payouts.
- Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and other privacy-related policies.
Eligibility
To join the AKAR Affiliate Program, you must have or produce content for a website, blog, or social media platform that aligns with AKAR’s values and resonates with a wellness-focused, luxury shopper audience. We reserve the right to review and approve affiliate applications at our discretion.
Affiliate Support

Program Modifications
AKAR reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes that may affect their participation in the program.e to add your program terms.
