CONNEQT Affiliate Program Agreement
This Affiliate Program Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs participation in the CONNEQT Affiliate Program (the “Program”). By joining the Program, affiliates (“you” or “Affiliate”) agree to the following terms, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
Affiliate Responsibilities
1. Promotional Integrity:
• Affiliates must use only approved marketing materials provided by CONNEQT or materials pre-approved in writing.
• Affiliates are prohibited from making false claims, misleading statements, or unapproved medical assertions about CONNEQT products or services.
2. Prohibited Activities:
• Affiliates may not engage in any of the following:
• Using spam emails, bot traffic, or unsolicited messages for promotion.
• Misleading customers with unauthorized discounts, false pricing, or misrepresentation of product features.
• Using cookie-stuffing techniques or forced click generation.
• Promoting products on websites containing illegal, defamatory, violent, or obscene content.
• Creating social media pages, websites, or domains that impersonate CONNEQT or mislead customers about your association with the brand.
3. Disclosure Requirements:
• Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines and clearly disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting CONNEQT products.
4. Compliance with Laws:
• Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
PPC Restrictions
1. Keyword Restrictions:
• Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on branded terms or keywords associated with CONNEQT products and services, including variations, misspellings, or derivatives, in any paid search campaigns.
• Examples include, but are not limited to, keywords related to product names, brand names, or specific services.
2. PPC Guidelines:
• Affiliates may not direct PPC traffic to CONNEQT’s official website or landing pages.
• PPC campaigns may only direct traffic to the Affiliate’s own website or landing page and must not impersonate or misrepresent the CONNEQT brand.
3. Enforcement:
• Violations of PPC restrictions will result in immediate removal from the Program, cancellation of commissions, and, if necessary, further action.
Commission Terms
1. Eligibility:
• Affiliates are eligible to earn commissions for valid sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
2. Exclusions:
• Commissions will not be paid for canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders, or for purchases made by the Affiliate.
3. Payouts:
• Commissions will be paid according to the Program’s payout schedule, as determined by CONNEQT and managed through ShareASale.
Program Restrictions
1. CONNEQT reserves the right to remove any Affiliate from the Program for violating these terms or engaging in activities deemed harmful to the brand.
2. Affiliates may not resell, redistribute, or package CONNEQT products under their own brand.
Termination of Agreement
1. Termination by Affiliate:
• Affiliates may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by notifying CONNEQT in writing.
2. Termination by CONNEQT:
• CONNEQT reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate at its sole discretion, with or without cause, effective immediately upon notice.
Program Changes
CONNEQT reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, including commission structures, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the ShareASale platform.
By joining the Program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms. Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of commissions.
