Isla Capricho Homeware – Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Isla Capricho Homeware through our Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Overview
Affiliates earn a 15% commission on every sale generated through their unique affiliate link.
A 30-day cookie window applies to track sales.
Isla Capricho Homeware currently ships within the USA only.
All commissions are paid via Awin’s standard payout process.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates must use the provided tracking links to ensure proper commission tracking.
Affiliates must fully disclose when content includes affiliate links, following ASA Guidelines and FTC regulations.
Affiliates may promote Isla Capricho Homeware through blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media, but must not engage in spammy or deceptive practices.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Coupon and cashback websites must only use approved promotions from our Awin programme.
Affiliates may not use misleading claims, false discounts, or unauthorized sales messaging.
4. Brand Representation
Affiliates must maintain the brand image of Isla Capricho Homeware by using only approved banners, logos, and creatives from Awin.
Use of the brand name in domain names, social media handles, or unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited.
5. Commission & Payouts
Commissions are earned on completed transactions only (excluding canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders).
Isla Capricho Homeware reserves the right to adjust commissions for orders that do not meet programme criteria.
Payments are processed through Awin’s standard payout system according to their schedule.
6. Prohibited Activities
No cookie stuffing, fake referrals, or fraudulent activities.
No promoting Isla Capricho Homeware on adult, illegal, or inappropriate websites.
No impersonating Isla Capricho Homeware or misrepresenting the partnership.
7. Programme Termination
Isla Capricho Homeware reserves the right to terminate any affiliate partnership at any time for violations of these terms.
Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying us.
8. Modifications to Terms
Isla Capricho Homeware may update these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
