Welcome to the PeaksNpaws Affiliate Program. By joining our program through AWIN, you agree to the following basic terms:
Eligibility
Affiliates must operate websites, blogs, or social media accounts that comply with AWIN’s policies and applicable laws.
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Commissions
Commissions are earned on valid, tracked sales referred through your AWIN affiliate links.
The commission rate and cookie duration are as listed in our AWIN program details.
Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will not qualify for commission.
Affiliate Conduct
Affiliates may not engage in misleading, deceptive, or spam advertising.
Use of PeaksNpaws trademarks or brand assets must be in line with our brand guidelines and not misrepresent the company.
Paid search bidding on our brand name or variations is not allowed without prior written consent.
Payments
All payments are handled through AWIN in accordance with their standard payment schedules.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate participation in the program at any time for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the PeaksNpaws brand.
Modification of Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be bound by the latest version posted in the AWIN system.
