Primavera Avocados Affiliate Program Terms
Welcome to the Primavera Avocados Affiliate Program! These terms outline the guidelines and requirements for participating in our program. By joining, you agree to adhere to these terms.
1. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a 10% commission on all qualifying sales made through their affiliate links.
2. Cookie Duration
The cookie duration for tracking affiliate referrals is 30 days. If a customer completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, you will earn the commission.
3. Approval Process
All affiliate applications are subject to manual review. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our discretion. Priority will be given to affiliates with content relevant to food, lifestyle, or gifting.
4. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates are encouraged to use creative assets provided by us but are able to use other relevant imagery.
Prohibited promotional methods include:
- Paid search campaigns: Bidding on branded terms such as "Primavera Avocados" or related keywords is not allowed.
- Misrepresentation: False or misleading claims about our products are prohibited.
- Unsolicited emails: Affiliates must comply with anti-spam laws and refrain from sending spam emails to promote links.
You may promote your affiliate links through blogs, websites, social media platforms, and newsletters, as long as they align with these guidelines.
5. Prohibited Activities
We strictly prohibit the following activities:
- Fraudulent activity, such as generating fake sales or clicks.
- Using unauthorized discount codes.
- Violating intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use of our brand assets.
Violations may result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Termination Policy
Primavera Avocados reserves the right to terminate any affiliate's participation in the program for failure to comply with these terms. Affiliates may also request termination at any time.
7. Reporting and Payment
- Commissions will be validated and paid out monthly, subject to approval of referred transactions.
- Payments are processed in USD via Awin.
- Awin's standard payment thresholds and timelines apply.
8. Branding Requirements
Affiliates must use approved logos, banners, and creatives available in the Awin interface. Any unauthorized modifications are prohibited.
9. Geographic Restrictions
The affiliate program is open to U.S.-based customers only. Sales originating from outside the U.S. will not qualify for commissions.
