Terms and Conditions

Together Health Affiliate Programme Terms (Awin)

1. Commission Structure

Commission rates are set by publisher type within the Awin platform.

Standard commission rates apply to content, editorial, and approved partners unless otherwise agreed.

Voucher code, coupon, and deal sites are capped at a maximum commission rate of 4%, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Voucher Code Policy

Publishers may only promote voucher codes that are:

Provided directly through Awin, or

Explicitly approved in writing by Together Health.

No commission will be paid on transactions where unauthorised, expired, or exclusive codes are used.

Together Health reserves the right to decline commission where code misuse, leakage, or unauthorised promotion is identified.

3. Cashback & Incentive Policy

Commission paid to cashback and incentive partners is intended to fund the customer reward (e.g. cashback or loyalty points).

Commission will not be paid on transactions where a cashback or incentive is awarded in combination with a discount code, unless the code has been explicitly approved by Together Health.

This is to prevent commission being awarded on orders where both a discount and cashback are applied, resulting in margin erosion.

Together Health reserves the right to decline commission on any transaction where this type of promotional stacking occurs.

4. Publisher Conduct & Restrictions

Publishers must comply with the following:

Promotions must be accurate, up to date, and not misleading.

Publishers must not promote unauthorised offers or codes.

Brand bidding, PPC activity, or use of Together Health trademarks is prohibited unless explicitly approved.

The use of forced clicks, cookie stuffing, adware, or any non-compliant tracking methods is strictly prohibited.

All activity must comply with Awin’s Master Terms & Conditions.

5. Commission Validation & Deductions

Together Health reserves the right to:

Decline or amend commission for transactions that breach these terms.

Reject commission on orders involving unauthorised code use or promotional stacking.

Reverse transactions that are cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.

Withhold commission where publisher activity is non-compliant.

6. Programme Management

Together Health reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time.

Continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the latest terms.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in commission being declined and/or removal from the programme.
