1. Introduction
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Definitions
- Affiliate: An individual or entity that promotes Learning Curve Group’s products or services in exchange for a commission on sales generated.
- Commission: The payment made to an Affiliate for sales generated through their promotional efforts.
- Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases products or services from Learning Curve Group through an Affiliate’s promotional efforts.
3. Enrolment
The Learning Curve Group affiliate programme is open to all affiliate types, apart from those that could be deemed as damaging to the Learning Curve Group brand and Learning Curve Group will make that decision on a case-by-case basis, by way of its application process.
Learning Curve Group has the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any affiliate promoting the Learning Curve Group brand must do so in a positive manner, or you may be removed from the programme.
We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote Learning Curve Group’s products and services in a lawful and ethical manner.
- Ensure that all promotional materials comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
5. Commissions
- Commissions will be paid based on the sales generated through the Affiliate’s unique tracking links.
- The commission rate will be specified in the Affiliate’s account on AWIN.
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold.
6. De-Duplication
Sales will be de-duplicated against other online advertising channels to ensure that commissions are only paid for unique sales attributed to the Affiliate.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Upon termination, the Affiliate will cease all promotional activities and remove any promotional materials related to Learning Curve Group.
8. Limitation of Liability
Learning Curve Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
9. Governing Law
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
10. Amendments
Learning Curve Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through their AWIN account.
