- All material provided by Vivara remains Vivara’s intellectual property, and Vivara is not liable for any errors therein.
- You must not modify the provided material or create your own (similar) promotional materials.
- You may use Vivara’s website content for inspiration only, not for copying.
Communication and Promotion
- You may only promote offers that appear on Vivara’s website or that are announced via the Affiliate Partner newsletter or the Dealsheet.
- Vivara will inform you in advance about upcoming promotions, but you may only publish them after the specified promotional period has started.
- You can mention Vivara’s standard offers (e.g., free shipping, free returns) on your website, but you must not use them as an incentive with clickable links.
- You may promote price reductions, discount or cashback offers from Vivara as long as it is not misleading.
- Promotion should be carried out in a way that visitors consciously click on the promotional material or text links.
Prohibited are:
- Promotional or solicitational content in pop-ups, pop-unders, cookie-dropping, frames, iFrames, site overlays, or similar techniques.
- Displaying such content on websites or other media containing hateful, erotic, or pornographic content.
