Communication and Promotion
You may only advertise offers that appear on Vivara’s website or are communicated by Vivara via the Affiliate Partner newsletter or the Dealsheet.
Vivara will inform you in advance of upcoming promotions; you may only publish them once the specified promotional period begins.
You may mention Vivara’s standard offers (e.g., free shipping, free returns) on your site but must not use them as an incentive in combination with clickable links.
You may promote price discounts, rebates, or cashback offers provided by Vivara, so long as it is not misleading.
Promotion must be done in a way that visitors knowingly click the promotional material or text links.
It is prohibited to:
Use pop-ups, pop-unders, cookie-dropping, frames, iFrames, site overlays, or similar techniques to display promotional or solicitational content.
Display such content on websites or media featuring hateful, erotic, or pornographic material.
