- Apply through AWIN’s platform.
- Provide accurate, current information.
- Await approval from the Modmo affiliate team. We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion.
4. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates agree to:
- Promote Modmo e-bikes truthfully and ethically.
- Avoid misleading claims or deceptive practices.
- Use only approved marketing materials provided by Modmo.
- Refrain from bidding on Modmo-branded keywords in paid search campaigns.
5. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn up to 9% commission on qualifying sales.
- Commissions apply only to sales tracked via AWIN within the 30-day cookie period.
- No commissions on canceled or refunded orders.
6. Payment Terms
- Payments are managed through AWIN’s system.
- Commissions are paid after a validation period to account for returns or cancellations.
- Minimum payout thresholds apply as per AWIN’s policies.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
- Engage in spamming, unethical marketing, or fraudulent activities.
- Use unauthorized promotional methods, including misleading ads.
- Represent themselves as Modmo employees or agents.
- Promote Modmo on inappropriate websites (e.g., containing illegal, violent, or adult content).
8. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates may use Modmo’s trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for promotional purposes as authorized.
- Modification of Modmo’s materials without permission is prohibited.
9. Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with written notice via AWIN.
- Modmo reserves the right to terminate affiliates engaging in prohibited activities immediately.
- Upon termination, affiliates must cease using Modmo’s intellectual property and promotional materials.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Modmo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.
- We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to our website or affiliate tracking system.
11. Modifications
Modmo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law
