Bern Helmets Europe Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Bern Helmets Europe Affiliate Program on AWIN. By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
2. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
Affiliates must apply through the AWIN platform.
Bern Helmets Europe reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 9% commission on net sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
Commissions are calculated based on the net sales amount, excluding taxes, shipping, and returns.
4. Cookie Duration
The program offers a 30-day cookie period, meaning affiliates earn commissions on purchases made within 30 days of the user clicking on their affiliate link.
5. Payment Terms
Payments will be processed through AWIN according to their standard payout schedules.
Affiliates must ensure their AWIN account is up-to-date to receive payments without delays.
6. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates may promote Bern Helmets Europe through websites, blogs, social media, and other channels.
Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or unethical marketing practices.
Affiliates may not bid on Bern Helmets Europe brand terms or any variations/misspellings in paid search campaigns.
7. Restrictions
Affiliates may not use Bern Helmets Europe’s logos, images, or content without prior approval, except for provided marketing materials.
Affiliates are prohibited from promoting Bern Helmets Europe on websites that contain offensive, violent, or illegal content.
8. Termination
Bern Helmets Europe reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time, with or without cause.
Affiliates can also choose to terminate their participation at any time via AWIN.
9. Modification of Terms
Bern Helmets Europe may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Liability
Bern Helmets Europe is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Bern Helmets Europe's jurisdiction.
12. Terms & Conditions for CSS Partners
Please note the following condition applies to all CSS (Comparison Shopping Services) partners participating in our programme:
Bidding Restrictions:
CSS partners are strictly prohibited from bidding on brand terms (including brand name variations, misspellings, or trademarked terms) across all search engines and paid channels.
Permitted Targeting:
You may target generic keywords related to our products or services, but not the brand name or any terms that could be confused with the brand.
This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair visibility across channels. Any breach of these terms may result in immediate removal from the programme and forfeiture of commissions
