This Affiliate Program Agreement (the "Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for your participation in our affiliate program (the "Program") at BoxNCase (the "Merchant" or "we"). By participating in the Program, you ("Affiliate" or "you") agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Prohibited PPC Campaigns:
1.1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from running any Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns for any of our products without prior written approval from the Merchant.
1.2. To request approval for a PPC campaign, Affiliate must submit a written request detailing the proposed campaign strategy to affiliates@boxncase.com. The Merchant reserves the right to grant or deny approval at its sole discretion.
1.3. Any unauthorized PPC campaigns may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any pending or accrued commissions.
2. Fake/Invalid Coupon Codes:
2.1. Affiliates are not permitted to promote or use fake, misleading, or invalid coupon codes for our products.
2.2. Coupon codes must be obtained exclusively through the Merchant's approved affiliate channels.
2.3. The Merchant reserves the right to validate coupon codes and reserves the right to reverse or reject commissions for sales made using unauthorized coupon codes.
2.4. Repeated use of fake/invalid coupon codes may lead to Affiliate's removal from the Program.
3. Trademark Bidding:
3.1. Affiliates are strictly prohibited from bidding on trademarked terms, variations, or misspellings of BoxNCase in any search engine or marketing platform, including but not limited to Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads.
3.2. The use of BoxNCase in the display URL or ad copy is also prohibited.
3.3. Any violation of this policy may result in the immediate removal of the Affiliate from the Program and the forfeiture of any pending or accrued commissions.
4. Compliance and Ethical Marketing:
4.1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical marketing standards when promoting BoxNCase.
4.2. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that all promotional content, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, and emails, are accurate, truthful, and do not mislead customers.
4.3. The Merchant reserves the right to review and request changes to promotional materials to ensure compliance with these standards.
5. Commission and Payment:
5.1. Commissions will be paid based on the rates specified in the Program's commission structure.
5.2. Payments will be made according to the payment terms.
5.3. Commissions will be paid for valid, completed sales generated through properly tracked affiliate links and in accordance with this Agreement.
6. Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
6.2. In the event of termination, Affiliate will no longer be eligible to earn commissions.
7. Modification:
7.1. The Merchant reserves the right to modify any terms of this Agreement at its sole discretion by providing notice to Affiliate.
7.2. Continued participation in the Program after receiving the notice constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
