At Jane Win, we value clear communication and honest partnerships. Our affiliate program reflects these principles, and we've outlined the key details below to ensure a smooth and rewarding collaboration.
Commission Guidelines
Gift Cards: Commissions are not applicable on gift card purchases made via cashback platforms.
Taxes & Shipping: Commission amounts exclude any applicable taxes or delivery fees.
Sale Items with Financing: Orders of discounted items made using financing plans are not eligible for commission.
Commission Validation Period: Because of our 15-day return window, commissions are verified 15 days after purchase. For financed purchases, validation may take up to 30 days to ensure the first installment has been successfully processed.
Rate Adjustments & Code Usage: Commission rates are subject to change at our discretion. Earnings are not granted on orders using promotional or voucher codes unless otherwise stated.
Paid Search (PPC) Policy
PPC Prohibited: Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using pay-per-click advertising, including bidding on branded keywords, close variants, or generic terms related to Jane Win (e.g., "coin jewelry"). Any commission earned through PPC will be voided.
Direct Linking: Linking directly to the Jane Win website from PPC ads or through the display network is not allowed.
Display URLs: Affiliates must not use the Jane Win name, misspellings, or brand variants in the display URLs of paid ads. Misrepresentation of the brand is grounds for removal from the program.
Cashback and Promo Code Sites
Participation Approval: Cashback and coupon sites must be approved by Jane Win. We reserve the right to decline partnerships that don't align with our brand identity.
Authorized Codes Only: Commissions are only granted on sales using valid, pre-approved codes provided by Silverly. Use of unauthorized codes will result in forfeiture of commission.
Creative and Content Usage
Approved Materials: Only official marketing content supplied by Jane Win may be used. Modifications require prior written approval.
Accuracy & Maintenance: Affiliates are responsible for keeping promotional content current and accurate.
Content Removal Requests: Jane Win may request immediate removal of content that violates these terms.
Website Use: Replicating or framing the Jane Win website is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Content
Immediate Termination: Affiliates found promoting or linking to content that is offensive, explicit, illegal, or associated with gambling, tobacco, racism, hate speech, or misleading information will be removed from the program immediately.
