Program Terms

ADLAN FRAGRANCES Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 31, 2025

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the ADLAN FRAGRANCES Affiliate Program ("Program"). By applying to and participating in this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

ADLAN FRAGRANCES is dedicated to offering luxurious, high-quality fragrances. Through our Affiliate Program, you can earn commissions by promoting our products and referring sales to our website. Our goal is to expand our brand presence while rewarding affiliates for their marketing efforts.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Operate a legitimate website, blog, or social media platform.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising laws and data protection regulations.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.

3. Commission Structure

  • Standard Commission: Affiliates will earn 10% commission on all sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
  • Tiered Commissions: Affiliates who generate over $5,000 in sales within a calendar month will qualify for 12% commission on all subsequent sales within that month.
  • Payment Model: Commissions are paid on successful sales only (i.e., those that are completed, verified, and not refunded).

4. Tracking & Reporting

  • Affiliate Dashboard: Affiliates will have access to a personalized dashboard for tracking clicks, conversions, and commissions in real-time.
  • Tracking Cookies: All affiliate sales are tracked using cookies for up to 30 days after the customer clicks an affiliate link.
  • De-duplication: We reserve the right to de-duplicate sales across multiple advertising channels to ensure commission accuracy.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment Method: Commissions will be paid monthly via PayPal or bank transfer (as agreed upon).
  • Minimum Payout: Affiliates will receive a payout once they reach a minimum of $50 in earned commissions.
  • Payment Cycle: Payments will be processed on the 15th of each month, for the previous month's earnings.

6. Affiliate Responsibilities

  • Promotional Methods: Affiliates are encouraged to promote ADLAN FRAGRANCES through their websites, social media, blogs, and email marketing. Any promotional activity must adhere to ADLAN FRAGRANCES’ branding guidelines.
  • Brand Usage: Affiliates may use our logo, product images, and other creative materials only as provided in the affiliate portal. Unauthorized use of brand assets is prohibited.
  • Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all relevant laws, including data protection laws (such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act) and the FTC guidelines for affiliate marketing.
  • Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not:
    • Engage in click fraud or misleading advertising.
    • Use our brand name or trademarks for PPC ads (e.g., bidding on brand keywords unless explicitly approved).
    • Engage in spam tactics or send unsolicited emails.

7. Affiliate Program Termination

ADLAN FRAGRANCES reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Misleading advertising or unethical practices.
  • Inactivity for 90 consecutive days.

Upon termination, affiliates will be paid for commissions earned up to the termination date, provided they meet the minimum payout threshold.

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

  • Refund Policy: In the event that a customer refunds a purchase, any commission earned from that sale will be deducted from the affiliate’s account.
  • Chargebacks: If a transaction is subject to chargeback, no commission will be paid, and previously paid commissions will be reversed.

9. Confidentiality

Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information, including sales data, marketing strategies, and customer information, related to the Program.

10. Modifications to Terms

ADLAN FRAGRANCES reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of major changes, and continued participation in the Program after any such changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

11. Liability Limitations

ADLAN FRAGRANCES is not liable for any loss or damage that may result from the use or participation in the Program, including technical errors, delays, or lost opportunities due to system failures.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
