By applying to the Chelsea Florals Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
1. Eligibility & Approval
1.1. Publishers must have relevant content and a legitimate website, blog, or social media platform.
1.2. Chelsea Florals reserves the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
1.3. Affiliate accounts promoting spam, adult content, violence, or misleading claims will not be accepted.
2. Commission & Payment
2.1. Commission is earned on valid, completed purchases referred through the affiliate’s AWIN tracking link.
2.2. The standard commission rate will be disclosed on AWIN and may be subject to change with prior notice.
2.3. Payments will be processed through AWIN as per their standard payment schedule.
2.4. Orders canceled, refunded, or flagged as fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.
3. Cookie Duration & Attribution
3.1. The Chelsea Florals affiliate program operates on a 30-day cookie duration.
3.2. Sales will be attributed to the last referring affiliate within the cookie window.
3.3. Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are strictly prohibited and will result in commission forfeiture.
4. Promotional Guidelines
4.1. Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by Chelsea Florals via AWIN.
4.2. Paid search campaigns are not permitted to use our brand name, variations, or misspellings (e.g., “Chelsea Florals discount”).
4.3. Affiliates must not mislead customers with false claims or unauthorized promotions (e.g., fake discount codes).
4.4. Email marketing is allowed only with prior approval from our team.
4.5. Social media promotion is permitted but should not include direct PPC advertising on platforms like Facebook or Instagram without approval.
5. Brand Representation & Content Use
5.1. Affiliates must ensure that Chelsea Florals is presented accurately and professionally in all promotions.
5.2. Unauthorized use of trademarks, copyrighted images, or brand logos outside the provided materials is prohibited.
5.3. Reviews and blog posts should provide genuine, high-quality content for our floral products.
6. Discount Codes & Cashback Sites
6.1. Affiliates can only promote official discount codes provided by Chelsea Florals via AWIN.
6.2. Unauthorized coupon codes or cashback incentives not approved by Chelsea Florals may lead to termination from the program.
7. Termination & Violations
7.1. Chelsea Florals reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation at any time for violations of these terms.
7.2. Affiliates found engaging in fraudulent activity, misleading marketing, or violating AWIN policies will be removed from the program, and commissions may be withheld.
7.3. AWIN’s standard policies must resolve any disputes.
