LazySeal Affiliate Program Agreement
This Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which you (“the Affiliate”) may participate in the LazySeal Affiliate Program (“the Program”). By signing up for the Program through ShareASale, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement, as well as the ShareASale Terms of Use.
1. Enrollment
To enroll, you must complete the affiliate application on ShareASale. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion, for any reason.
2. Commissions & Payouts
Commission Rate: Affiliates will earn 30% commission on all qualifying purchases made through valid affiliate links.
Payment Process: All payouts will be processed in accordance with ShareASale’s payment schedule and policies.
3. Promotional Methods
We encourage effective and ethical promotion of LazySeal. However, the following guidelines and restrictions apply:
Prohibited Channels
Spamming, unsolicited email (UCE), forum or blog comment spamming, or any other promotional methods that violate ShareASale Terms of Use.
Paid Search Restrictions
Bidding on keywords or phrases containing “LazySeal” (including misspellings) in any pay-per-click search engine campaigns is not permitted.
Discount or Coupon Misrepresentation
Affiliates may not display invalid or outdated coupons, nor may they misrepresent offers to drive traffic.
Trademark Infringement
Using our logo, images, or brand materials in a way that confuses customers into thinking they are dealing directly with LazySeal (e.g., mirroring our site) is forbidden.
Domain Names
Affiliates may not use domain names containing “LazySeal” or similar misspellings/variations.
Incentivized Traffic
Any traffic from click farms, bots, or other fraudulent means is strictly prohibited.
4. Compliance & Termination
Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as ShareASale’s rules and policies.
Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account immediately if, in our judgment, there is any breach of this Agreement or any violation of the ShareASale Terms of Use.
5. Liability Limitations
LazySeal is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Modifications to the Agreement
We may modify this Agreement or the Program at any time, providing notice via email or through ShareASale. Modifications may include changes to commission rates, payment schedules, or Program rules. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate your participation in the Program. Continued participation indicates your acceptance of any modifications.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LazySeal is established, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
