1. Overview
Welcome to the TXO Mattress Affiliate Program! This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our program. By joining, you agree to abide by these terms.
2. Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must complete an application. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our discretion.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on each sale of our hybrid mattress.
During special promotional periods, this rate may increase to 20%.
4. Cookie Duration
All affiliate referrals will have a tracking cookie duration of 15 days. Any sale made within 15 days of a customer’s first click on your affiliate link will be credited to your account.
5. Payment Terms
Payments will be processed according to ShareASale's standard payment rules. Affiliates will receive payments via the method chosen in ShareASale, typically on a monthly basis, provided their earnings exceed the minimum payout amount established by ShareASale.
Commissions will be calculated based on the sale price, excluding taxes and shipping.
6. Promotion Guidelines
Affiliates must use promotional materials provided or approved by TXO Mattress only.
All promotional methods must be clear, honest, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. Deceptive or misleading advertising practices are strictly prohibited.
7. Tracking
Affiliates will receive access to a dashboard where they can track clicks, conversions, and commissions. Proper use of tracking links is critical for accurate reporting.
8. Termination
This Agreement can be terminated by either party at any time with written notice. Affiliates may withdraw from the program at any time.
9. Liability
TXO Mattress is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.
10. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email of any changes, and continuing to participate in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable within ShareASale's operating framework.
By enrolling in the TXO Mattress Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
