K-TOWN BULGOGI AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read our affiliate terms and conditions carefully before applying to join our program. These terms and conditions are written to ensure the success of our K-Town Bulgogi affiliate program and our valued affiliate partners. It is each affiliate's responsibility to ensure compliance at all times. Thank you for your interest in our program. We look forward to working with you!
DEFINITIONS
As used in the below Terms: (i) "K-Town Bulgogi," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to K-Town Bulgogi LLC. (ii) "You" or "Your" refers to the Affiliate (iii) "Our Website" refers to the K-Town Bulgogi properties located at K-town Bulgogi (iv) "Your Website" refers to any Websites that you will link to Our Website; "Program" refers to the K-Town Bulgogi Affiliate Program.
ENROLLMENT
After receiving your application, we will review Your Website and notify you of your acceptance or rejection into our Program. Please allow up to 48 hours (Mon-Fri) for your application to be approved. We reserve the right to reject any application; however, we encourage you to contact us if you feel we have made an incorrect decision. Please include all websites that you use in your profile as that will help us make a better decision.
LINKING TO OUR WEBSITE
Upon acceptance into the Program, links will be made available to you through the affiliate interface. You agree that you will only use linking code obtained from the affiliate platform without manipulation. Also, please ensure that all domains where you use our link are listed in your affiliate network profile.
You hereby agree that Your Website will not in any way copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of Our Website. You will also not use any means to create the impression that Your Website is Our Website or any part of Our Website including, without limitation, framing of Our Website in any manner. Cookie stuffing, pop-ups, and false or misleading links are strictly prohibited. In addition, wherever possible, you will not attempt to mask the referring URL information (i.e., the page from where the click is originating). Using redirects to bounce a click off of a domain where the click did not originate in order to give the appearance that it came from that domain is expressly prohibited and is a direct violation of the program. This does not include using "out" redirects from the same domain where the affiliate link is placed.
PPC GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and participate in PPC advertising, you must adhere to our PPC Guidelines as follows:
General Rules:
You may not bid on any of our trademarked terms, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, or any other network.
You may not use our trademark terms in sequence with any other keyword (i.e., K-Town Bulgogi Coupons).
You may not use our trademarked terms in your ad title, ad copy, display name, or as the display URL.
If you automate your PPC campaigns, the responsibility is on you to exclude our trademark terms from your program, and we strongly suggest you add our trademarked terms as negative keywords.
We have a strict no-tolerance policy on PPC trademark bidding. We will not enter a discussion about when the violation started and when it stopped; you will forfeit all commissions for a minimum of the past 30 days.
Prohibited PPC Activities:
Affiliates ARE NOT PERMITTED to carry out any PPC search activity sending traffic to www.k-townbulgogi.com directly. If an affiliate is found running PPC activity, this may result in them being removed from the program. Any affiliate found running PPC Activity will see their participation terminated immediately and any related commissions voided.
Affiliates also must not send traffic through automatic redirects on a website page.
Using the K-Town Bulgogi brand term in the subfolder of the display URL (e.g., www.affiliate.com/k-townbulgogi) – NOT ALLOWED
Using the K-Town Bulgogi brand term in the subdomain of the display URL (e.g., www.k-townbulgogi.affiliate.com) – NOT ALLOWED
Using the K-Town Bulgogi brand in the ad title – NOT ALLOWED
Bid on the brand term “K-Town Bulgogi” – NOT ALLOWED
Advertise as the brand – NOT ALLOWED
Show adverts on competitors’ brands – NOT ALLOWED

COUPON GUIDELINES
If you are enrolled in our Program and Your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate platform.
You may NOT advertise coupon codes obtained from our non-affiliate advertising, customer e-mails, paid search, or any other campaign.
On click-through, you must link directly to Our Website. Framing of Our Website is strictly prohibited.
Cookie Stuffing: You must not mislead customers into clicking on an offer/coupon that does not exist or practice similarly deceptive tactics which are generally accepted as "cookie stuffing." These include, but are not limited to, using knowingly expired offers, presenting offers that do not exist, presenting a button that claims to show all offers which sets the affiliate cookie, and technology which generates a click/sets the cookie from the action of copying a coupon code.
Unless you have been given express written permission, if you are found to be engaging in any of the aforementioned practices, we reserve the right to reverse any/all sales generated. Only discount codes approved for the affiliate channel will be honored at the agreed commission rate. Transactions including non-affiliate approved discount codes will still be honored at a lower commission rate of 1%. Please note that all transactions including a 'refer a friend' code (RAF) will be declined. If Your Website participates in forums where active users can submit coupon codes, it is your responsibility to ensure that the coupon codes submitted do not violate our Coupon Guidelines.
DOMAIN NAMES
Use of any of our copyrighted & trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for Your Website is strictly prohibited, e.g., k-townbulgogi.website.com or www.k-townbulgogi-coupons.com.
ADVERTISING & PUBLICITY
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or permit any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting such material to us and receiving our prior written consent. If you intend to promote our Program via e-mail campaigns, you must adhere to the following:
Abide by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations with respect to our Program.
E-mail must be sent on your behalf and must not imply that the e-mail is being sent on behalf of K-Town Bulgogi.
E-mails must first be submitted to us for approval prior to being sent or we must be sent a copy of the e-mail.
COMMISSIONS AND PAYMENT
Commission: 3-5% commission for orders placed on K-Town Bulgogi. We start all partners at 3% commission, then can increase to 5% as we strengthen the partnership!
Fast Delivery: Get paid monthly, within 30 days of the close of the month.
Program Duration: This offer only lasts as long as this program is live on Awin. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, K-Town Bulgogi may deem you ineligible for this program if we reasonably believe that you have committed fraud or otherwise not delivered actual leads.
TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the K-Town Bulgogi Affiliate Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, failure to comply with the terms and conditions or any form of fraudulent activity.
MISCELLANEOUS
Please ensure you read our Terms & Conditions before you apply for our program.
*Please note that commission will only be awarded for promotional offers on the affiliate platform. Manually entered promotional codes, or offers promoted elsewhere, will not be awarded commission.
EMAIL CONTACT
We reserve the right to send e-mail to you for the purposes of informing you of applicable changes or additions to the Service or related products and services.
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement at any time and may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. In the event of any material change, we’ll notify you via e-mail, newsletter or at least 30 days prior to any such changes taking effect, at which time you may either agree to such changes or withdraw from the Service.
COOKIES
K-Town Bulgogi operates a 30-day cookie policy.
PRIVACY POLICY
K-Town Bulgogi will respect the privacy of its users and will not disclose personal information to third parties without the express permission of you and Your Company. If you have any questions, please email: Contactus@k-townbulgogi.com.
Creative
Affiliates may not alter any of the creative made available through the affiliate interface. Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites, so updates made to those available through the affiliate interface may take immediate effect. If your site requires that banners are hardcoded, please contact the account management team to obtain permission before putting this in place. This will allow us to contact you whenever updates are necessary.
