Participation guidelines for the affiliate referral program
To join the evolova.com Affiliate Referral Program, applicants must complete and submit the affiliate registration form. Upon approval, affiliates gain immediate access to the program. However, participation is subject to periodic evaluations by evolova.com, and eligibility may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
Participation may be suspended or terminated at evolova.com’s sole discretion if a participant’s site is deemed unsuitable for the program. Unsuitable sites include, but are not limited to, those that:
- engage in or promote illegal activities
- feature sexually explicit content
- advocate violence or harmful behavior
- encourage discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
- infringe upon intellectual property rights
- contradict the values or best interests of evolova.com
This agreement applies exclusively to affiliate-owned and managed websites listed in the registration form. Affiliates are prohibited from:
1. placing referral links on websites not registered with evolova.com
2. using domains containing evolova.com’s name
3. using evolova.com’s name in subdomains on their own domain
4. bidding on evolova.com’s name, including misspellings or variations, on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and similar services
By participating in this program, affiliates agree to adhere to all outlined guidelines to maintain their status in the evolova.com Affiliate Referral Program.
