Affiliate Terms of Agreement (TOA)
This Affiliate Terms of Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the rights and obligations of Soru Jewels Ltd and the Affiliate Partner who has agreed to participate in the Affiliate Program through the ShareASale Network. By joining the Affiliate Program, you accept the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and agree to comply with them fully.
1. Approval and Participation
Soru Jewels Ltd reserves the right to review and approve all affiliate applications. We may reject any application or terminate an affiliate’s participation at our sole discretion if we determine that the affiliate's website or activities are unsuitable. Unsuitable content includes, but is not limited to, unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or harassing material, or any content that is objectionable in any way.
2. Affiliate Links
As an approved affiliate, you will be provided with graphic and textual links (“Links”) to our website, which you may display on your website as often as desired.
These Links identify your participation in the Affiliate Program and establish a direct connection between your site and ours.
3. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not create or operate websites that are confusingly similar to Soru Jewellery official website (sorujewellery.com) or mimic the design, layout, or branding of Soru Jewellery in any way. This includes variations of Sorujewellery name.
Links or banners containing your affiliate ID must not be placed on websites, forums, or blogs that you do not own or directly control without prior written permission.
4. Cookie Tracking Policy
Affiliate tracking cookies may only be set when a user clicks a link from your website or an opt-in email newsletter that redirects them directly to our website.
Email spamming or unsolicited mass emails are strictly prohibited. Affiliates must contact us for clarification regarding acceptable practices if needed.
5. Social Media Promotion
Affiliates are permitted to promote Soru Jewellery through recognized social media platforms. Ensure all promotions comply with platform-specific guidelines and this Agreement.
6. Commission Payment and Order Cancellations
Affiliate commissions will only be paid for valid sales. If a customer cancels an order, the corresponding affiliate commission will be reversed.

7. FTC Disclosure Requirements
Affiliates must include clear and concise disclosure statements on all pages, blog posts, or social media posts where affiliate links are shared as endorsements or reviews.
Disclosures must state that the affiliate may receive compensation for their review or endorsement. This ensures compliance with the FTC’s guidelines for affiliate marketing.
