Maison Beautique Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Maison Beautique Affiliate Program! By joining our program, you agree to the terms outlined below, in addition to ShareASale’s Terms of Use. Please read carefully to ensure compliance.
Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate links or discount codes.
Commissions will be paid out monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $50.
Program Restrictions
To maintain the integrity of our brand and program, affiliates are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
Trademark Violations:
Affiliates may not bid on Maison Beautique trademarks, including "Maison Beautique" or variations thereof, on any search engine or paid advertising platform (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Affiliates may not use Maison Beautique trademarks in domain names, URLs, or social media handles.
Coupon Sites:
Unauthorized posting of affiliate links on third-party coupon or discount websites is not allowed unless approved in writing.
Spam and Unethical Practices:
Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited email marketing or spam of any kind.
Affiliates must adhere to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant email marketing laws.
Misrepresentation:
Affiliates must not misrepresent Maison Beautique products or make false claims.
Affiliates may not present themselves as representatives or employees of Maison Beautique.
Inappropriate Content:
Affiliates may not promote Maison Beautique products on websites containing explicit, offensive, or illegal content.
Cookie Stuffing:
Any form of cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or similar deceptive techniques is strictly prohibited.
Brand Integrity:
Affiliates may not alter or modify Maison Beautique promotional materials or creatives without prior written approval.
Termination Policy
Maison Beautique reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its sole discretion for non-compliance with these terms or any activity deemed harmful to the brand. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
Payment and Tracking
All tracking of sales and commissions will be managed through the ShareASale platform.
Payments will be processed via ShareASale according to their payment schedule.
Program Modifications
Maison Beautique reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or through the ShareASale platform.
Legal Compliance
Affiliates must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for disclosures in affiliate marketing.
