1. Introduction
Welcome to the Hello of Mayfair Interiors Affiliate Program on AWIN. By joining our program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere may result in termination of your participation.
2. Eligibility
- Publishers must be registered on the AWIN network and comply with its general terms.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
- Affiliates must not operate websites or promotional methods that contain offensive, illegal, or unethical content.
3. Commission & Payment
- Commissions are earned on valid sales referred through your affiliate link.
- The commission rate will be as stated in our AWIN program.
- Payments will be processed through AWIN as per their payout schedule.
- We reserve the right to adjust or withhold commissions for fraudulent transactions, cancellations, or chargebacks.
4. Cookie Duration
- Our tracking cookie lasts for 30 days. Commissions will be credited for sales made within this timeframe after a referral.
5. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must only use approved banners, text links, and marketing materials we provide.
- Any unauthorized promotions, misleading claims, or spamming practices are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not bid on our brand name or variations in PPC campaigns without prior approval.
- Direct linking to our website from PPC ads is not permitted.
6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must NOT:
- Engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive practices.
- Use coupon or discount codes that are not officially provided.
- Promote on sites that contain illegal, adult, or offensive content.
- Imitate our brand identity and logo, or misrepresent themselves as Hello of Mayfair Interiors.
7. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use our promotional materials.
- Any unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or content may result in termination.
8. Termination & Modification
- We reserve the right to modify these terms or terminate any affiliate at any time without prior notice.
- If an affiliate violates these terms, commissions may be withheld, and their participation may be revoked.
- Affiliates can terminate their participation at any time via AWIN.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Hello of Mayfair Interiors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or payouts in case of AWIN system failures.
10. Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts.
