Thank you for joining the Moon Roast Coffee Affiliate Programme. By participating in our programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
**Eligibility**
* Affiliates must operate a website, social media platform, or other online presence that aligns with the values and image of Moon Roast Coffee.
* We reserve the right to decline or remove affiliates from the programme at any time if content or activities are deemed inappropriate or misaligned with our brand.
**Commission Rates**
* Affiliates will earn a commission of **2.5% on coffee sales**.
* Commission rates may vary for specific promotions or campaigns, and we reserve the right to update rates at our discretion.
**Cookie Duration**
* Cookies will remain active for **30 days** to track referred transactions.
**Transaction Validation**
* Moon Roast Coffee operates a **30-day returns policy**. As such, transactions will be validated and commissions paid only after this period has passed to account for any refunds or returns.
**Payment Terms**
* Commissions will be paid once transactions have been validated. Payments will be processed on a monthly basis.
**Promotional Guidelines**
* Affiliates are required to promote Moon Roast Coffee truthfully and professionally. Misleading claims or unauthorised promotions are strictly prohibited.
* The use of Moon Roast branding, imagery, and copy must adhere to guidelines provided by our team.
**Changes to the Programme**
* Moon Roast Coffee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate programme or any of its terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
**Termination of Agreement**
* Affiliates may terminate their participation at any time by notifying Moon Roast Coffee in writing.
* Moon Roast Coffee reserves the right to terminate any affiliate’s participation at its sole discretion if terms are breached.
**Confidentiality**
* All information regarding commissions, programme performance, and other proprietary details must remain confidential and not be disclosed to third parties.
**Governing Law**
* This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
