Affiliate Program Branding Guidelines

1. Brand Identity & Logo Usage

  • Logo Usage: Affiliates must use the official Earthing logo in its original form, without alterations to color, proportions, or text. The logo must be placed on a plain background to maintain visibility and impact. Any variation of the logo (e.g., color or layout changes) must be approved by the Earthing marketing team.
  • Clear Space: Ensure there is adequate clear space around the logo to prevent it from being crowded by other elements. The minimum clear space should be at least 1.5x the height of the logo.
  • Do Not Use: Affiliates must not use the logo in any misleading or inappropriate contexts (e.g., suggest that Earthing endorses other products/services outside the affiliate program).
  • Preferred Placement: The logo should be placed in a prominent area on your website or promotional materials where it will be clearly visible to the audience.

2. Tone & Messaging

  • Consistent Messaging: Affiliates should consistently communicate the value of Earthing's products or services in a positive and honest manner.
  • Do Not Mislead: Affiliates should never misrepresent Earthing in any way. All claims about Earthing products/services should be true and verifiable. Avoid exaggerated or false claims, as they could harm both the affiliate’s and the brand’s reputation.
  • Language Style: Affiliates are encouraged to use a friendly, approachable, and professional tone when communicating. Keep language simple, clear, and free from jargon.

3. Color Palette

    • Color 2: #a57156
    • Color 3: #ffffff
    • Color 4: #000000

    • Accent Color 2: #e7dfdb
    • Accent Color 3: #f5f1e7
    • Accent Color 4: #e4f1e7
    •
  • Background Colors: Ensure that the background colors don’t clash with the primary brand colors and maintain readability.

4. Typography

  • Primary Font: M + 2p heavy – Use this font for all headings and major text elements in promotional materials. Ensure readability and appropriate sizing.
  • Secondary Font: M + 2p – For body text, use this font in sizes that ensure clarity and legibility.
  • Font Alternatives: In cases where the primary and secondary fonts are unavailable, use clear, web-safe alternatives that maintain a professional appearance, such as Arial, Helvetica, or Georgia.

5. Affiliate Landing Pages

  • Page Layout: Affiliates should maintain a clean and user-friendly design that reflects Earthing's high standards. Avoid cluttered layouts, excessive pop-ups, or misleading navigation.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all content, including banners and buttons, aligns with Earthing's visual style (logo, fonts, colors).
  • Call-to-Action (CTA): Use clear and actionable CTAs, such as “Shop Now” or “Learn More,” that prompt users to take the desired action without confusion.

6. Banners & Promotional Material

  • Approved Assets: Affiliates may use the official banners, buttons, and promotional images provided by Earthing. Custom banners should be approved by the Earthing marketing team before use.
