By joining the Made Here with Love Affiliate Program on AWIN, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation as an affiliate and outline the rules for promoting our handcrafted jewelry.
1. Enrollment in the Program
1.1. All applications are subject to approval by Made Here with Love. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.
1.2. Publishers must provide accurate and complete details about their promotional channels.
2. Affiliate Commissions & Payment
2.1. Affiliates earn up to 10% commission on validated sales through referral links.
2.2. The cookie duration is 30 days, meaning sales generated within this timeframe after a user clicks your link will be credited to you.
2.3. Commission payments are processed via AWIN according to their standard payment schedule.
2.4. Returns, cancellations, or fraudulent transactions will not qualify for commissions.
3. Promotional Guidelines
3.1. Affiliates may promote Made Here with Love through blogs, websites, social media, and approved marketing channels.
3.2. Paid search advertising (PPC) using our brand name or variations (e.g., "Made Here with Love Discount") is prohibited.
3.3. Affiliates must not mislead customers, make false claims, or engage in deceptive advertising practices.
3.4. Unauthorized email marketing (spam) or unsolicited messaging is strictly prohibited.
4. Brand & Content Usage
4.1. Affiliates may only use Made Here with Love's official banners, product images, and marketing materials.
4.2. We cannot modify our brand name or logos or mislead customers about a partnership other than the affiliate relationship.
4.3. Use of Made Here with Love trademarks in domain names, social media handles, or paid ads without written permission is prohibited.
5. Commission Reversal & Program Termination
5.1. We reserve the right to decline or reverse commissions for fraudulent, self-referral, or policy-violating transactions.
5.2. If an affiliate consistently violates our terms or engages in dishonest marketing practices, we may suspend or terminate their account.
5.3. Affiliates can leave the program anytime by removing our links and notifying AWIN.
6. Liability & Indemnification
6.1. Made Here with Love is not responsible for technical issues, tracking failures, or lost revenue due to third-party platform errors.
6.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify Made Here with Love against any claims arising from improper promotional activities.
7. Amendments & Updates
7.1. Made Here with Love reserves the right to update these terms anytime. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
7.2. Continued participation in the program after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
