Body by Julia Affiliate Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Body by Julia ("Company") and the participating affiliate ("Affiliate"). By joining and participating in the Body by Julia affiliate program on SHareaSale, the Affiliate agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. Program Overview
- Program Name: Body by Julia Affiliate Program
- Website: www.bodybyjulia.com
- Products Promoted: Shapewear and clothing
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 15% commission on all qualifying sales attributed to their unique affiliate link.
- No tiered commission structure or performance-based incentives apply.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price, excluding taxes, shipping, and any discounts.
3. Affiliate Enrollment & Approval
- Approval Process: Auto-approval
- Restrictions:
- Affiliates may not operate or promote through websites that:
- Promote illegal activities
- Support terrorist organizations
- Contain adult content or hate speech
- Body by Julia reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate at its sole discretion.
4. Affiliate Promotion Rules
- Permitted Promotional Methods:
- Social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Blogs, websites, and content platforms
- Email marketing (excluding spam)
- Prohibited Promotional Methods:
- Coupon & Deal Sites: Affiliates may not list Body by Julia promotions, discounts, or coupon codes on third-party coupon or deal sites.
- Branded PPC Bidding: Affiliates may not bid on "Body by Julia," "Julia Haart," or any variations thereof in paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- False Claims & Disparagement: Affiliates may not make misleading claims about the product or disparage Body by Julia.
- Nudity & Prohibited Content: Affiliates must ensure that all promotions maintain brand integrity and do not include nudity, sexually explicit material, or offensive content.
5. Tracking & Cookies
- Body by Julia’s affiliate program uses 30-day tracking cookies, meaning affiliates will earn commission on purchases made within 30 days of the user clicking their link.
- If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the commission will be awarded to the last referring affiliate.
6. Payment & Payouts
- Minimum Payout: $1.00 USD
- Payment Schedule: Payments will be issued according to SHareaSale’s standard payout terms.
- Payment Method: Payments will be made via the SHareaSale platform in accordance with their terms and conditions.
7. Compliance & Legal Considerations
- FTC Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines by clearly disclosing their relationship with Body by Julia in all promotional content (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).
- Prohibited Claims: Affiliates may not make medical claims or guarantee specific results from wearing Body by Julia products.
- Legal Disclaimers: [Optional: Insert any specific disclaimers related to shapewear, e.g., "Results may vary. Body by Julia shapewear is designed for comfort and support, not medical compression."]
8. Termination & Violations
- Immediate Termination: Affiliates will be immediately removed from the program if they engage in:
- Fraudulent sales
- Brand misrepresentation
- Violation of SHareaSale's or Body by Julia’s terms
- Breach of the morality clause (i.e., public actions that damage the brand's reputation)
- Commission Payments Upon Termination:
- Affiliates will be paid for commissions earned and verified up until the termination date.
- No commissions will be earned for future sales after termination.
9. Agreement Modifications
Body by Julia reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
