These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between the participant joining the Affiliate Program ("Affiliate" or "You") and Viren.com Affiliate Program ("Program"). By enrolling, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully.

To participate in the Program, you must:

Be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Reside in a country where participation in affiliate programs does not violate local laws.

Operate a lawful and active website, blog, or social media platform approved by the Program.

Abide by all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

FTC Guidelines if based in or targeting the USA.

GDPR if targeting audiences in the European Union or UK.

Local advertising and consumer protection laws in your country.

You must submit a completed application form via the Awin platform.

The Program reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.

All provided details must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

Affiliates must:

Promote Viren.com products in line with brand guidelines.

Ensure all promotions are legal, truthful, and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.

Include appropriate disclosures (FTC-compliant for US audiences, GDPR-compliant for EU/UK audiences).

Avoid actions that damage the Program’s reputation or operations.

Approved affiliates will receive unique tracking links via Awin.

Cookie Duration: 30 days. Sales within this period from the last click are eligible for commission.

Affiliates must properly implement links and notify the Program if tracking issues occur.

Standard Commission: 10% on all qualifying sales.

A qualifying sale is a completed purchase made via the affiliate’s unique link, not cancelled, refunded, or subject to chargeback within a 30-day holding period.

Commissions exclude shipping, taxes, and additional fees.

Fraudulent transactions and self-referrals are ineligible.

Payments are made monthly via PayPal or bank transfer, provided the Affiliate has reached the minimum payout threshold of $50 USD (or the local currency equivalent).

Affiliates outside the USA are responsible for compliance with local tax laws and any currency conversion or payment processing fees.

Payments are made on confirmed commissions only, after the 30-day holding period to allow for returns or cancellations.

Affiliates may not:

Engage in spam, unsolicited promotions, or platform policy violations.

Use misleading statements or alter Program-provided ads.

Bid on “Viren” or related terms in paid search without permission.

Engage in cookie stuffing, ad hijacking, or fraudulent activity.

Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.

The Program may terminate immediately in case of violations.

Pending commissions will be reviewed before payout; fraudulent commissions will be forfeited.

The Program may update these terms with at least 14 days’ notice via Awin or email.

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.

The Program is not liable for indirect or incidental damages from participation.

The Program is not responsible for delays in payment due to issues beyond its control.

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of the Program.

Affiliates are solely responsible for declaring and paying applicable taxes.

U.S. affiliates must submit a W-9; non-U.S. affiliates must follow their local reporting laws.

Affiliates must keep Program data, resources, and materials confidential and not share them with unauthorized parties.

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United States of America, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiation; unresolved disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts or arbitration forums of the applicable jurisdiction based on the affiliate’s or Program’s location.
