Affiliate Program Agreement
Please read the terms and conditions of this affiliate program agreement carefully before applying to join our program or beginning to market our products. Each affiliate is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, and contractors comply with this agreement.
Definitions
As used in these terms and conditions:
- "We", "us", or "our" refers to Algorithmic Labs, LLC
- "You" or "your" refers to the affiliate
- "Our website" refers to printgen.ai
- "Your website" refers to any online property that you will use to link to our website
- "Program" refers to the PrintGen Affiliate Program
- "Platform" refers to our website, mobile application, and services collectively
Enrollment
To begin the enrollment process, you must complete and submit an online application through our affiliate portal. We will review your application and notify you of our decision within 48 hours. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason, though we encourage you to contact us if you believe there are grounds for reconsideration. Including all of your websites in your profile will help streamline the review process.
Website Restrictions
Your website(s) may not:
1. Infringe on our or anyone else's intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other rights
2. Violate any law, rule, or regulation
3. Contain any content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, harmful to minors, or contains nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit materials
4. Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information
5. Contain software or use technology that attempts to intercept, divert, or redirect Internet traffic to or from any other website, or that potentially enables the diversion of affiliate commissions from another website
6. Use our AI Tool or attempt to create AI-Generated Designs through automated means
7. Promote the Program through spam, unauthorized bulk emails, or any form of unsolicited mass communication
Linking To Our Website
Upon acceptance into the Program, you will receive access to our affiliate dashboard where links and creative materials will be made available. Your acceptance into our Program means you agree to and abide by the following:
1. You will only use linking code we provide you for each creative, text link, or other affiliate link obtained from the affiliate interface without manipulation
2. We reserve the right to review your placement and require changes to comply with our guidelines at any time
3. All online properties containing your affiliate links must be listed in your affiliate profile
4. Your website will not copy, resemble, or mirror the look and feel of our website
5. You may not engage in cookie stuffing or include pop-ups, false or misleading links
6. You may not mask the referring URL information
7. Redirect cloaking (bouncing clicks off domains to mask their origin) is prohibited
8. You are responsible for maintaining and updating your website
9. You must follow all applicable intellectual property and other laws
10. You must have express permission to use any copyrighted material
11. You may not display or reference trademarks or logos of any third-party seller appearing on our website without independent license
PPC Guidelines
1. Product Advertising:
- You may bid on generic product terms and categories
- You may create ads promoting our products and services
- You may use product descriptions and features in ad copy
2. Brand Protection:
- You may not bid on our trademarked terms "PrintGen" or “printgen.ai”
- You may not use variations or misspellings of our trademarked terms
- You may not use our trademarked terms in ad titles, copy, or display URLs
- You may not use our trademarked terms in combination with other keywords (e.g., "PrintGen coupons", "PrintGen discount")
3. Bidding Rules:
- You may not appear above us in positions 1-5 for any search terms
- You must implement negative keywords to prevent trademark violations
- Automated campaigns must exclude our trademarked terms
Violation of these PPC guidelines will result in immediate notification. You will have 24 hours to remove non-compliant ads before facing potential Program termination and commission reversal.
Sub-Affiliate Networks
Promoting through a sub-affiliate network is permitted, however you must be completely transparent with regard to the sources of traffic. Sub-affiliate networks must ensure that all publishers promoting the Program adhere to our terms and conditions. This includes:
1. Restrictions on advertising through toolbars and browser extensions
2. Compliance with our paid placement guidelines
3. Obtaining prior approval before allowing any incentive publisher to promote the Program
Failure to comply with our sub-affiliate network terms may result in a loss and/or reduction of commission from sales made through any non-compliant sub-affiliate.
Domain Names
Use of any PrintGen trademarked terms as part of the domain or sub-domain for your website is strictly prohibited.
Acceptable examples:

Prohibited examples:
printgen.domain.com
printgen-coupons.com
printgenai.com
printgen-designs.com
Social Media Guidelines
1. Permitted Activities:
- Sharing affiliate links on your own social media accounts
- Creating original content featuring our products and AI-Generated Designs
- Posting honest reviews and showcasing your experiences with our Platform
- Using appropriate hashtags related to AI design and custom products
- Engaging with your audience about our products and services
2. Platform-Specific Rules:
- Instagram: Must use "Paid Partnership" tags when required by platform
- YouTube: Must disclose affiliate relationships in video descriptions
- TikTok: Must include #ad or #sponsored in video captions
- Pinterest: May create boards featuring our products with affiliate links
- X: Must include disclosure in tweets with affiliate links
3. Prohibited Activities:
- Creating social media accounts that include our brand name
- Posting affiliate links on our social media accounts or posts
- Running paid social media ads using our brand name
- Making false or misleading claims about our products or services
- Sharing AI-Generated Designs in violation of our terms
- Misrepresenting your relationship with PrintGen
4. Content Guidelines:
- All posts must be clearly identified as affiliate content
- AI-Generated Designs must be properly attributed to PrintGen
- Claims about our products must be factual and verifiable
- Personal experiences must be genuine and not misleading
- Engagement metrics must not be artificially manipulated
5. Best Practices:
- Use clear disclosure language (e.g., #affiliate, #sponsored)
- Maintain transparency about the affiliate relationship
- Respond to audience questions honestly
- Keep content fresh and engaging
- Respect platform-specific advertising policies
Violation of these social media guidelines may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Advertising & Publicity
You shall not create, publish, distribute, or print any written material that makes reference to our Program without first submitting that material to us and receiving our prior written consent.
For email campaigns, you must:
1. Abide by the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Public Law No. 108-187)
2. Send emails only on your behalf - they must not imply they are from us or on our behalf
3. Submit a copy of each promotional email to us for review before sending
Intellectual Property
1. We grant you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use our creative materials solely for Program participation
2. You may not modify our creative materials in any way
3. All rights in our trade names, trademarks, and other intellectual property are reserved
4. You acknowledge our ownership of licensed materials and agree not to challenge our ownership or validity
5. You may not use our AI-Generated Designs or Platform content except as explicitly permitted
FTC Disclosure Requirements
You must include clear disclosure statements within web pages or social media posts when affiliate links are used as part of an endorsement or review. The disclosure must:
1. Be clear and conspicuous
2. State that we compensate you for your review or endorsement
3. Disclose if you received free products for review
4. Comply with all FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and testimonials in advertising
Termination
1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause
2. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of and remove all Program materials and links
3. You are eligible for commissions only on qualifying sales during the active term
4. We may withhold final payment for a reasonable time to ensure accurate payment
5. Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination and commission forfeiture
Modification
We may modify any terms and conditions of this agreement at any time at our sole discretion. You will be notified by email of any changes. Your continued participation in the Program following notification indicates your acceptance of the changes.
Reversal & Communication Policy
At PrintGen, we maintain high standards for our affiliate partnerships and take pride in our low reversal rate. This achievement stems from transparent communication with our affiliates and clear tracking systems. However, we reserve the right to reverse commissions for order cancellations, duplicate tracking instances, product returns, disputed charges, and any violations of our Program terms.
When we identify suspicious patterns or potential violations in orders, clicks, or AI design generation activities, we will request clarification. We expect prompt and honest responses from our affiliates. The following situations constitute violations of our communication policy:
1. Providing unclear, evasive, or false information when asked about promotional methods, traffic sources, or AI design usage patterns.
2. Failing to respond to our inquiries within 3 business days after multiple attempts to reach you through your registered contact information.
3. Being unable to provide clear evidence of your traffic sources or demonstrate that your promotional activities comply with our terms, especially regarding the use and promotion of AI-generated designs.
For any of these violations, we retain the absolute right to reverse affected orders, reduce your commission rate to 0%, suspend your participation for specific periods, or terminate your membership in the Program entirely. While we understand that some tracking or promotional issues may arise from automated systems, you are responsible for implementing proper safeguards to prevent violations and maintain compliance with our terms.
Representations & Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
1. You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement
2. You have the full right and power to perform your obligations
3. You have sufficient rights to grant us the licenses and permissions contained herein
4. Your participation will not violate any other agreement or obligation
Disclaimer
ALGORITHMIC LABS, LLC MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PROGRAM, SERVICE, WEBSITE, OR PRODUCTS. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from this agreement. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commission fees paid to you under this agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algorithmic Labs, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, shareholders, partners, members, and other owners against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the Program or violation of these terms.
Confidentiality
All confidential information disclosed between parties during negotiation or the effective term of this agreement which is marked "Confidential" will remain the sole property of the disclosing party and must not be used or disclosed without express written permission.
