Stemox Affiliate Program Agreement
Welcome to the Stemox Affiliate Program! We value your partnership and look forward to working together to promote our premium health and wellness supplements. To ensure transparency and compliance, we have outlined the rules and guidelines for participating in our program.
Program Terms & Conditions
1. Affiliate Conduct
1.1 Affiliates must adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct in their marketing efforts.
1.2 Misrepresentation of Stemox products or making unsubstantiated health claims is strictly prohibited.
1.3 Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.
2. Prohibited Activities
2.1 No False Claims: Affiliates may not make medical, pharmaceutical, or exaggerated claims about Stemox products.
2.2 No Spamming: Affiliates may not engage in unsolicited mass email campaigns or social media spam.
2.3 No PPC Bidding on Trademarked Terms: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on trademarked terms such as "Stemox," "Stemox supplements," or any variation thereof in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
2.4 No Misleading Links: Affiliates may not use URLs or domains that appear to belong to Stemox.
2.5 No Offensive Content: Affiliates may not promote Stemox products on websites or platforms containing content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
2.6 No Coupon Misuse: Unauthorized distribution or posting of Stemox-specific coupon codes on public coupon websites is prohibited.
3. Commission and Payment
3.1 Affiliates will earn 10% commission on each successful sale attributed to their unique affiliate link.
3.2 Commissions will be tracked for a period of 30 days following the referral.
3.3 Payments will be issued in accordance with ShareASale’s payment terms.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Affiliates may use approved Stemox logos, banners, and marketing materials only as provided in the affiliate portal.
4.2 Modification of Stemox branding or content without prior written approval is strictly prohibited.
5. Termination of Agreement
5.1 Stemox reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of this agreement or any activity deemed harmful to the Stemox brand.
5.2 Affiliates found engaging in prohibited activities may forfeit pending commissions.
6. Agreement to ShareASale Terms
All affiliates are also bound by the ShareASale Terms of Use. By participating in the Stemox Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with both this agreement and ShareASale’s policies.

Stemox reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes.
