1. Introduction: Natkina welcomes you to our Affiliate Partnership Program on AWIN. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions, designed to ensure a successful and mutually beneficial partnership.
2. Eligibility:
- You must operate a website, blog, or social media account with relevant content to participate.
- All affiliates must provide accurate and complete information during the application process.
3. Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Promote Natkina products through provided marketing materials, unique affiliate links, and promotional codes.
- Ensure that all promotional activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain transparency with your audience about the nature of your affiliate relationship with Natkina.
4. Commissions and Payments:
- Affiliates earn commissions on sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
- Commission rates and payment schedules are outlined in the affiliate dashboard on AWIN.
- Payments are processed monthly, with a minimum payout threshold.
5. Promotional Materials:
- Natkina provides banners, product images, and other promotional materials for use.
- Affiliates must not modify provided materials without prior approval.
- Unauthorized use of Natkina’s logo or branding is prohibited.
6. Prohibited Activities:
- Affiliates must not engage in fraudulent activities, including cookie stuffing, fake clicks, or false claims.
- Spamming, misleading promotions, and false advertising are strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates must not bid on Natkina’s brand keywords in search engines without prior approval.
7. Termination:
- Either party can terminate the affiliate agreement at any time with written notice.
- Natkina reserves the right to terminate the partnership for violations of these terms or any fraudulent activities.
8. Confidentiality:
- Affiliates agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by Natkina.
- This includes but is not limited to, marketing strategies, sales data, and promotional plans.
9. Liability:
- Natkina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the affiliate partnership.
- Affiliates are responsible for their compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
- Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved in the competent courts of Geneva.
11. Amendments:
- Natkina reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
