Program Terms

Welcome to the Dainely Affiliate Program!

 

We value our affiliates and strive to create a mutually beneficial partnership. Below are the terms and conditions designed to ensure a smooth and transparent relationship while protecting our brand identity.

 

1. Brand Protection and Promotion Guidelines

·    Permissible Advertising:

Affiliates are encouraged to actively promote Dainely products. You are permitted to use PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, including bidding on our brand name, provided it aligns with our guidelines.

 

·    Brand Identity Integrity:

Affiliates must not engage in deceptive practices, misrepresent Dainely’s brand, or create confusion for customers. All promotional materials must accurately represent Dainely and its products.

 

·    Restricted Practices:

Affiliates are prohibited from:

o   Using "clickbait" or misleading content in promotions.

o   Violating any trademark policies or engaging in domain squatting.

o   Creating websites, ads, or materials that mimic Dainely's official branding.

 

·    Approval of Promotional Materials:

Affiliates must ensure that all content used for promotions adheres to Dainely’s guidelines. Dainely reserves the right to request changes or withdraw permission for specific ads or materials.

 

2. Commission Structure

o   Affiliates will earn a tiered commission rate of 5%-15% on all validated sales, rewarding performance and loyalty.

o   Cookie Duration: Commissions are eligible for sales completed within 60 days of the initial customer click-through.

o   Payout Schedule:

o   Initial payouts will be released after 30 days, allowing for adjustments related to returns or cancellations.

o   For returns or chargebacks after this 30-day period, commissions will be deducted from future payouts.

o   Affiliates can monitor their performance and earnings through the Awin affiliate dashboard for full transparency.

 

3. Payment Terms

o   Payments will be processed through Awin in accordance with their payout schedule.

o   Affiliates must ensure their payment details in the Awin dashboard are accurate to avoid payment delays.

 

4. Compliance and Ethical Practices

o   Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR and FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate marketing.

o   Any violation of these terms or unethical practices may result in suspension or termination from the program.

 

5. Resources and Support

o   Marketing Materials: Affiliates will have access to banners, product images, and promotional text tailored to seasonal campaigns and product launches.

o   Affiliate Support: A dedicated support team is available at affiliates@dainelylab.com to address queries, provide resources, and assist with campaign optimization.

 

6. Product Returns and Adjustments

o   Dainely offers a 60-day return policy to customers. In the event of a return:

o   Commissions for returned products will be deducted from future payouts.

o   Affiliates will be notified of adjustments through the Awin dashboard.

 

7. Program Termination

o   Dainely reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes to the terms.

o   Affiliates who fail to comply with program guidelines may be removed from the program without prior notice.

o   High-Demand Products: Proven solutions for back pain, ergonomic accessories, and upcoming health supplements.

o   Generous Commission Rates: Rewarding affiliates for their efforts and performance.
